PE, Newbie Workout
I’ve been looking around this site for a while, the forums, the workouts, the stretches.. I’m considering actually putting in the work, but I have to ask before I do. Does it really work? I havn’t seen any skepticism or unhappy people, and that alone does not make any sense. Even things that work have some unhappy people. I know there’s nothing to lose, but I’m wondering if it’s going to be worth the time. Just looking for a couple general comments, maybe somene in my position. Let me know what you think.
