I’m fairly new to this and somewhat of a sceptic. I see guys starting out with a size I can only dream of. What’s the deal? Does it take for you to be average. I mean do you have to have something to work with. Because I’m extremely small. Let’ just say 4.5” erect. Pitiful huh? I never have seen anyone under 5”. To make matters worse my LOT is very low. That is if I’m doing it right. Really thinking of taking my chances on surgery. Please someone convince me otherwise cause I’m in the need of some serious help. The quicker the better. Thanks in advance for your help.


First of all welcome to the forum. Secondly, look up YGuys beginning sizes and routine and you will see that he started out just about where you are and he is in the big gainers club now with time and dedication. I believe he had gained in the 3-4” range if I remember right. Read the Newbie section, start out slow and you will see gains.

There have been quite a few guys who have started out at average or less than average and have changed their name after a year or so due to their results. I would advise against the surgery until you’ve given PE techniques at least a year.

My one bit of advice to you would be to find a routine that you can work with and stick to it. If you stick to it, you will succeed. Just be sure that you are ready to commit to this for the long term, it is not a quick fix, but provides safer and more ‘real’ results than surgery.

First off, no one under 5”? Wrong. Take a look at our Pre PE Length poll that over 800 members have participated in. Be sure to vote yourself to add to the sample. The more votes we have, the closer we’ll get to knowing the true average. You didn’t specify if your 4.5” measurement was bone pressed or not? Either way, you are not alone in your size, and will eventually become just one more success story around here.

Secondly, forget about surgery for now. Do as 789 has suggested and read up on Y-Guy (his thread is in the Progress Report forum). After that, start reading through the Newbie forum and learn as much as you can about PE and the proper techniques required to ensure you’ll grow safely. Start with the newbie routine posted at the top of the forum. Perform that for about 6 weeks, all the while reading through the forum to learn as much as you can about what has worked for others and to decide which routines/techniques you would like to try after you finish your stint on the newbie routine.

Seriously, this is a great site, with lots of supportive men (and a few women). Read as much as you can here, start a newbie routine, don’t try to advance too quickly. Once you start to get some gains, you’ll be hooked.

And don’t be afraid to ask questions!

I started at 5 NBPEL. Don’t know what the BPEL was. Didn’t even know what bone-pressed meant at the time. But I’m now at 5.5 NBPEL, 6 BPEL.

Just remember, this takes time, dedication and patience. Forget about the “3-4 inches in three weeks” crap you see all over the internet and in your mailbox.

Start with the newbie routine and don’t rush into things.

I recommend (I play a physician in real life) that anyone considering penis enlargement surgery should give natural pe (jelq stretch perhaps pumping or hanging) a year AT MINIMUM before getting cut on. If one gains 1/2 inch in a year with no expense and little risk, why not stick with natural methods. If one gets no gains perhaps It may be worthwhile (although I would personally recommend a second year of natural methods prior to surgery).

Check it out guys, no need to have a big dick if you ain't gonna use it!!

Welcome and stop down grading yourself. The important thing is knowing how to use what you got and having the positive attitude toward PE. Give it try. You may be surprise as far you may or could increase your size. Good luck and I wish you much success whatever your goals are.

Yguy was about your size when he started (under 5” if I remember) and he is about my size now… I would say keep the knife option open as a last, last resort. This forum has some awesome guys that are willing to help and there are many exercise options you can combine to tailor a routine that works for you… I was able to beat my premature ejaculation monster doing these crazy exercises and while I am one of the rare ones who has not really gained in size it did greatly improve my erection quality. Give it an honest go and just read and ask plenty of questions.. From my experience in reading posts here it’s pretty obvious that guys starting on the smaller side gain much faster then guys who start out larger..


Like has been said above, some of the guys here have made huuuuuuuge gains while starting out small. Set small goals for yourself. Aim for 4.75” erect. Once you hit that, go for 5”. And so on and so forth. PE isn’t a sprint; it’s a marathon.

Starting: 9/10/04 - 6.5" BPEL x 5.5" EG

Now - 6.75" BPEL x 5.5" EG

Goal: 8" BPEL x 6" EG

Started just about 3 Weeks ago… And already see some nice Improovements.
