Hello everyone, Good site by the way.I been doing to PE for a year now and gain are satisfactory.I got into pe for myself, because I felt I was somewhat small on the girth side at 4.5.My length is above average at 6” nbpel.My short term goals are 6.5 x 5, that’s reasonable future.My flaccid was 4, but now it’s 5.

I started pe with a 5 x 4 penis.That’s 1 inch in length and 0.5 in girth so far.I been off pe for a month now because I was moving back and forward.I don’t want to hurt myself, so I will start off slow with 5-10 minute stretches and 200 jelqs every other day.Before I forgot my balls sit kind of high, so I started stretching the scrotum skin.How long will that take, before it start seeing results.

You seem to be doing the right things for yourself. But we can never guarantee that gains will take any certain time. It’s an individual thing. So if you find you are making gains, just carry on with how you are training. Whent he gains slow is the time to tae a fresh look at your routine.

Sorry Petit, I was talking about stretching the scrotum skin.How long will it take before your balls are hanging lower.

I have a question.

I just started doing scrotum stretching today.I was wondering how long does it takes to get lower hanging balls and how much time I have to put in a day.

Your question is clear, you don’t need to repost it many times. Have a little of patience and wait. In the meanwhile, you could do some search; have you read this, for example?

Sorry, but I read that.I’m trying to do it without cock rings and stuff like that.

I wouldn’t worry about your balls, but I would assume it would take as long anything in the PE realm, considering that scrotum tissue is somewhat related to penile tissue, I think. Not for sure on that one.

Give a few months, and if nothing happens switch methods. Still in all, girls don’t care how low your balls hang, and most guys don’t care either about their balls, my balls happen to touch toilet bowl water in certain toilets and it sucks. I can’t flush a toilet while sitting in it unless I want my gear to get soaked in toilet water. Worry about regular PE, worrying about your ball hang is putting too much on your plate.

I know they said you should go for length first but I really need girth.I’m 4.5, so can I just focus on girth until I reach 5 then do length.I don’t really want no more than 0.5 in length anyway to put me at 6.5 nbpel, maybe less than that.

Maybe do a small amount of stretching at the beginning of all your routines. Do it under heated conditions. Then the core of your workout can be for girth. This should enhance your girth gains.

Remember to do a good cool down at the end of your sessions.

I have been doing scrotum stretching as part of my routine for a year now. I have noticed a little difference in ball hang, but there is no way to measure progress like we do with PE. It just feels different. I am no where near the water in the toilet buy the way.

As part of my routine I make sure the skin is warm. I pull on the skin with my hands for about 5-6 minutes. Then message the balls for another 5-6 minutes very gently pulling them out as well.

Again I don’t see a measurable difference. And when it is cold they draw up anyway. In the end I don’t really know if it will make a difference, but as long as I don’t over do it I don’t see that it hurts either.

On PE I would recommend doing length and girth PE until you get closer to your length goal. Then focus on girth. From what I have read length comes easier with less girth.

I also have moderate PE goals. I don’t see myself with a monster cock. My goal is 7 to 7.5 inches in length and 5.25 to 5.5 inches girth. I don’t think my wife would let me use it much with her if it got much bigger than that.

I guess I will throw in 5min of stretching.

Horse 440s are intense. Unless you have already been doing these for a while I would recommend like maybe 3, 10 second horses max for the first few weeks and then gradually work your way up. That is, unless you want your dick to explode…

Sorry about that, I hold them for 20sec.If that’s too long then I’ll bring it down to 10.

Like most things in life it is completely relative. There is no ideal time that works best for everyone so do what feels right. Just be aware that horse440s are advanced and not typically for newbies. My recommendation is just to tread lightly at least until you become accustom to the exercise. If you feel like 20sec is light then keep it up; if you are anything like me then 10 is more than enough.
