PE Inspiration from P90X
If any of you have stayed up late and seen the late-night commercials for the exercise program P90X, then some of you might be thinking the same thing as me.
Can’t we train our penises in the same way?
It just seems common sense to me that, if you can train skeletal muscle to be ripped in 3 months, you can train smooth muscle to do the same.
Some might point to the newbie system, but I think there’s got to be more than that.
1.) “MUSCLE CONFUSION” - Jelqing, Stretching, Kegels. I work at a gym, and most of the trainers I know don’t train the same muscle 2 days in a row. So, for example, if we trained 2 days on 1 off, we wouldn’t do jelqing 2 days in a row, just like we wouldn’t hit shoulders 2 days in a row. However there are staple exercises.
2.) STAPLE EXERCISES - Hitting your “core” in exercising is like the zenith. That’s why doing crunches and such is a mainstay everytime trainers hit the gym. I think kegels might be just that. Our PC muscle could be considered the “core” - if trained properly can effect prostate health, erection health, etc.
3.) DIET - If you’re supposed to eat properly for your body, why not for your dick? I’m not a urologist, but I’m sure posters smarter than myself would know which vitamins and minerals are mainstays for penile and prostate health - Lycopene, Zinc, Arginine, etc.?
4.) DEDICATION & INSPIRATION - Hatha Yoga and encouraging instructors keep trainees “focused” in the P90X program. I’ve come across audio tapes online, essentially deep sleep relaxation PE. I shit you not. “You have a big penis…you have a big penis”.
How about a Thunder’s motto?
Or just constantly reassuring yourself. Really focusing on the exercise; removing outside distractions (that’s why you see most of these P90X amateurs doing it at home - no social distraction.)
Sorry for the long post, just wanted to share my thoughts on how PE involves more universal aspects than we think…
And since we’re all here already, I would think we’d want to maximize and energize.
