Hey Guys I have been PEing for about 2 weeks now (My workout consists of wet jelqing and simple manual stretches)

Yesterday while having sex I noticed something, somewhat alarming… (Aside from the plump look of my penis)

On the very tip of my glands on the right side of the urethral opening, I have a very slight discoloration, very tiny (1/4” long x 1/8” wide) sort of looks like a little black and blue, and as my penis starts to get erect I feel some pain in that area. The pain is manageable, but very hard to describe. I guess the closest thing I can describe it as: if you continue to have sex after you ejaculate, you start to experience a weird feeling in the dick head because it gets extra sensitive. Well the pain is sort of like that, maybe a little more, and very localized to that little spot. I also feel this pain if I squeeze my dickhead.

Did anyone ever have that or know what that is?

I really don’t want to take any days of my PE routine… but I guess I’ll have no choice if you guys say I should.

P.S: While having sex I noticed that I get less sensation from sex all the way along my shaft (which really does look very nice and plump, especially before it reaches 100% erection). Perhaps it’s a side effect of rubbing on my dick so much while jelqing ??

Jelqing: 5 hours
Stretching: 1 hour 15 minutes
Fowler’s: 2 hours

That bruise might be the result of squeezing too hard when you jelq, and bringing your stroke too far up the glans. Try this: when you have an erection, do an OK grip just under the glans. Then, gently constrict your grip as you move your grip upward towards the tip of your cock, gradually gripping tighter and tighter.*

Do you feel the pain?

Yes? Then you should ease up a little until your dick gets in better condition. Concentrate on swelling the shaft as you jelq, and don’t try to cram all your blood into the glans with every stroke. The glans and meatus are more fragile than the shaft and probably need several more weeks of lower-intensity conditioning.

Do you feel the pain when you stretch? Change your grip to further down the shaft from your glans.

Either way, if the pain continues, stop for a few days and see if it subsides.

*Now, don’t do that again for two months. It was strickly for diagnostic purposes.

I’ve had that same kind of thing. Took a week off and it went away. The soreness you describe is exactly what i felt- good description. mine was on the head too. I agree with Ike that the head seems to be prone to this sort of *bruising*. Although i initially smirked at my newbie status and the way the veterans seem to pander to us, I’ve come to realize that, yes, we *are* newbies and there’s a hell of a lot of sense in breaking your dick in properly. Bruises, thrombosed veins, and other things are real dangers. Who knows, with this whole PE thing still relatively unresearched we may find that most of the PE “problems” like excessive skin, darkening, and other shit like that are basically due to shitty technique and rushing it. I’m taking your post as yet another reminder to focus on quality and intelligent PE vs. hardcore reckless PE. good luck with fast healing on the bruise tblpidar.

Thanx for the replies guys.. I tried squeezing the actual head as Ike suggested, but I find that I don’t really experience much pain while I bring my ok grip all the way to the top, but when I let it go and the blood flows back in to the penis normally, I get a little aching sensation which subsides in a couple of seconds

Plus when I jelq I let my grip go right before the glans, then I grip with the other hand do a good keggel to get more blood in and bring my ok grip up the shaft again. I do 2 x 20 minute session a few hours apart.

Is that a good thing to do for a newbie like myself?

P.S: I suspect that I got that little bruise from stretching, cause when I stretch, even though I grip an inch before the glans, my grip slips down to my dickhead anyway and thus squeezes it pretty hard.

Ok 5 days past since I discovered the injury, and I am glad to report that I no longer feel the pain. (Maybe like 10%) of what I used to feel, and only at certain times. However, the slight discoloration on my glans is still visible (didn’t change at all actually)

Either way just letting you folks know that if your experience something similar to what I had, take a few days off and everything should come back to normal ;)

Any time you get some sort of injury, back off. And, take it easy. I have lost way more gains to waiting for injuries to heal than anything else. Get too greedy and you WILL lose all your gains while you wait for some horrible injury to heal. Guaranteed.

*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics
