PE-ing When Sick

Is it okay to PE when sick and for that matter do any exercise. I would assume it would take longer for you to heal but will you still derive benefit from doing so?

I just have a common cold, sneezing, coughing etc

When you have a really bad cold/fever your heart has to work harder, so forms of exercise which place strain on the heart are not a good idea.

PE is no problem with a cold.

Just put Nyquil on your dick before you start.

With a common non severe cold I go to the gym so no problem but if you have a really soar throat you should avoid all excersise to avoid it speading to the heart and cause perimyocarditis which is not to be taken lightly.

I think that doing PE would be a good distraction from the annoying inconvenience of a cold.

Yes, I never do aerobic type of workouts such as running with a cold or sore throat because I think it depletes energy and removes fluids. However I can do a “dialed back” version of weight’s most of the time. I’d never workout with a fever. Not sure how it really relates to PE, but think it would be OK.

A day later I feel loads better but it’s so hard to PE when you have a dripping nose and need to blow it every few minutes, also when sneezing It’s not so hygienic to do it all over your clamped dick ;) . I did do a small amount however.

I get less quality in the workout when having a cold, so sick days are PE-free days for me.

I’m sometimes coughing a whole lot while smoking and clamping. I think coughing helps increase expansion so I deliberately take big hits that’ll make me choke.

Doesn’t have to do with being sick but I sometimes cough to benefit my dick. ;)

That sounds crazy to me. But it makes me think of that test the doctors do, turn and cough, what are they checking for when doing that? Still I doubt expansion is made better through coughing.

Well, you can doubt all you want. There is a sudden, sometimes very intense rush of blood forced into my cock when I do it. No significant discovery here, it just helps give a little better pump while clamped.

I’m not the best at describing things but I’m sure it sounds as if I’m just sitting around with a clamp on my dick and a joint in my hand, coughing away. This isn’t always the case, but it does happen. : )

If you’re going to be doing this on purpose, be careful. First off, I don’t recommend giving yourself a sore throat for a bigger dick, and secondly I do believe I have pushed my limits at times with this. Its basically an extreme forced kegel while contracting the abdominals.
