Well I’m new to this and I want to know the best way to make me gain length and how many times a day should I do it I want 2 reach at least 1 inch and a half longer and 1 inch girth by Christmas is it possible? And when will I start seeing a difference if I strech my penis everyday in the shower for about 5 minutes and it’s been 4 days now straight and piss pulls everyday to

All I can guarantee is that there are no guarantees, everybody is different. Some people gain quickly over the span of a few months, others show no gains over a year. Try to keep a steady routine and you’ll see where you fit in.

In regards to routine, follow the Newbie Routine (there’s a link at the top of the newbie forum). It’s a routine constructed for both length and girth gains and it often produces the best results for first timers. Piss pulls and shower pulls never hurt either.

A. There is no “quickest” way in PE. Every man grows at his own rate which depends mostly on safe, progressive, careful execution of the exercises he chooses to do.

B. Please use the spell check feature: wat = what, rite = right, confussed = confused, kinda = kind of. We’re very picky around here about things like that.

Do I have to wrap every time I start on a routine? And how many routines a day is safe. I stretch and jelq about 3 times a day for about 20 minutes so far everyday.
