Finding this forum is one of the best things that have happened to me. I’ve hated my penis for being so small. A few months ago I started PEing sporadically and without warm ups and warm downs without seeing any gains. Sometimes I would PE every single day for a week then stop for a few days. About a month ago I told myself that if I didn’t start taking this seriously, that I would not reach my goal of having a monster in my pants. In this past month I’ve gained 1/4” in girth! Unfortunately, I got a little crazy yesterday and got red spots on my dick :( . I’m going crazy at not being able to keep exercising my dick, but at least I know how much I can handle now. The info on this site has really helped me.

Congrat son your gains brother! Soooo once you started warming up and warming down for your sessions you started seeing gains? I didnt know warm up/down was so essential to PE. I wouldn’t mind doing it it’s just that I currently have no microwave to heat thigns and using hot water just doesnt do the job so I’ve heard. ANy vets out there got any input on the importance of warm up/down and it’s essential’ness to PE?

Yeah, my gains started to come when I added heat. I warm up and down in a water bottle with a towel wrapped around it to trap heat longer, and I get the water as hot as my penis can take without pain. I’ve read on here that heat makes your penile tissues more flexible or something in that manner. It is possible to gain without heat, but heat helps with gains a lot. Thanks to all the people here that have contributed to the knowledge of PE, so as to let people know the best way to gain and not to damage your unit.

Just slow it down a bit before you do some serious injury to yourself. Good solid lasting gains come from dedication, persistence, and PATIENCE!
Go browse the injuries forum for a few hundred reasons why moderation is the key. Make sure you get to the one about the guy who’s dick got hard and turtled up, because I temporarily experienced this also.

If you’re anything like the rest of us around here, when you first discover this place your thinking goes something like this:

Then you read a bit and check some pics, maybe the videos, others responses.
So then you begin to believe enough to give it a half hearted try.

To your surprise you gain a little something, or at least you want to believe you have, and then …..
You’re off to the races with the thought that you’re going to grow yourself a monster cock and finally overcome all of your inadequacies that have stymied your life up to this point. After all there was really only one anyways, right? Not to mention you’ll be a babe slayer now.

Bad bad thinking. Bad thinking leads to bad behavior. This is much more of a slow marathon than any 50 yard dash.
We’re sending you (advising you to go) back to the newbie routine and absorb as much of the material from the vets as you can.
Because as anyone who’s been around here for 6 months or longer can attest to, you want to capitalize on your newbie gains as much as you can.

You get one shot at it (newbie gains). This is where you’re going to grow the fastest in the shortest amount of time, if you don’t break your dick off first. Looking back I wish I had read more and heeded the cautions before I got over anxious myself. That’s my advice from experience.

Ok, thanks for the advice Root. I’m making sure that I’m not overdoing it, watching out for bad PI’s and such, but I just got a little crazy. There’s one thing that I’m curious about though. Would my newbie gains be eliminated if I went too hard on my unit, but not hard enough to cause damage?

Hard to say. Everyone’s different.

What happened to me was about 4 months into it I had to take forced break for several weeks. Then when I was able to start back up the gains came much slower. Way slower. At the time I was experiencing awesome newbie gains. I was like, holy shit this stuff does work! F all the nay sayers I got the proof in my hands. And she noticed a difference too. Everything since has been well fought for. I’ve made gains since the newbies, but it took a lot more work.

I just wanted to lay my best advice out there. Stick with what’s working right now for the newbie gains for you. But don’t over do it to the point you have to take an extended break. IF you are getting those awesome newbie gains, some people never get them, then you want to ride that wave as long as you can. Right? I know I did.

Hmmm.. I should be fine then, as long as I don’t blow my dick up. The worst injury I’ve had so far are red spots. I have no intention having a non-functional penis, but as you said, I might get carried away. I really appreciate the advice. I’m going to stick with what I’m doing until I plateau.
