50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF

MY QUESTION IS AT THE STAGE OF:

DO I DO ALL THE DIRECTIONS OF STRETCHES??
UP/DOWN/DOWN RIGHT/ DOWN LEFT

(1 SET OF TEN HOLDING 30 SEC EACH, IN EACH DIRECTION)??

AND ALSO I RAN INTO A THESE THREADS WHERE THIS WAS A SUGESTION FOR NEWBIES

Should I do the newbie routine or would it be fine to use one of the links routine that I posted originally

“Yelling” is using all caps. It’s very annoying and considered bad forum etiquette.

Just relax, follow the Newbie routine and have fun getting to know your dick. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single jelq. :)

I did my manual PE last night for the first time, and I think I messed up something, when I woke up this morning I didn’t have the usual rock hard wood!!

I was Flaccid, with a very low and mild ache in my cock

Is this normal??

I decided to use the links above advice, instead of the posted newbie routine,

All I did was jelq with no erection, it slowly built up to about 25% max
