Hi just a newbie had a good read through many threads but cannot make a decision whether to do PE or not. Just stated a bit but then read the warning article in newbie forum about venous leak. What to do and and clearly what are the symptoms I mean the early symptoms of it. Does stretching with a penis extender like size-genetics or proextentenders safe? Are they as good as the hangers as they do the stretching as well. So whats safe stretching and no jelqing or both. Any help should I do jelqing and stretching or just jelqing or stretching or both.

I’ve been doing jelqing and stretching doing the newbie routine for a few months now with good results. I haven’t tried any pumps or supplements or anything like that. I was freaked out about potentially being in the small percentage who could do everything right and still end up permamently breaknig my dick. When I started I was feeling low enough no my size that it didn’t matter to me. It was a low enough percentage to give it a shot. I am very methodical and careful in everything I do. Concentrate on the sensations throughout and stop at the first inclination of pain or discomfort. Don’t over do it!

Thanks avgguy for the consultation and I will try to stick to your advice whats your routine by the way what do you do how much jelqing and how much stretching and what routine I will appreciate

If you’re high “average” I would tell you not to bother with this because PE can get obsessive lol

Any one of us can break their dick. The point in the newbie warnings was that even with doing all this properly a small percentage of people will still run into problems. I fortunately, as of yet anyway, have not.

Oh sorry, I misunderstood what you said. I see you’ve been PEing for 5 months, surely you would have found out by now if you had underlying problems?

Thats what is written in newbie warning that anyone can break their dick even though they do the right stuff and there are no pre symptoms of it. You both are having good gains can you please write your exercise routine

Nothing safer than starting off slow with the Newbie Routine and conditioning your dick while increasing your EQ. Slow, steady and safe wins this race. Don’t push it and you’ll see good results all round.

I don’t have any gains as of yet, length might be slightly bigger. Penis feels much dense, thicker, more veins and longer flaccid hang, but that’s not equated to increase in EL. Still very very early days.

Why none of you is interested posting your exercise routine too shy or concealing that so nobody else would do it?

Any advise by senior members about difference in hanging and stretching. Is stretching with proextender or size-genetics any help or are equal to hanging gains?

Not sure if you are referring to me, but my routine is in my journal in extreme detail. I’m doing nothing but the newbie routine. I started out with 5 minutes of stretching in each direction, 200 count of 3-second jelqs and then Kegels. I ended up dropping the kegels most of the time, I felt it was causing me to have less rather than more trigger control. However over a period of 8 weeks I ramped up to the full newbie routine of 10 minutes of stretching followed by 600 count of 3-second jelqs. Of course there is a 5 minute hot towel wrap warm up and 5 minute hot shower “cool down” on either side too. Feel free to PM me if you want more details.

Many, many, many people here start off with the “newbie routine”, and then many of them just stick with that routine for the rest of their days participating in PE. Some people may modify the newbie routine only slightly, but it’s still primarily that same routine. Why post it, it is already posted!

Advanced routines usually involve significant variations of the newbie routine or additional advanced exercises, some of which may be much more dangerous and therefore not at all suitable for newbies. Typically many advanced routines are tailored by the individual who is using it for their own unique needs based on their own unique physiological responses that they have observed during their preceding participation in the newbie routine. What works for that individual, may not necessarily work or be suitable for another.

There are no secret routines here that people are withholding from you, and knowing any other persons advanced routines very probably would not be helpful at all to you as your physiological responses will most likely be different than theirs.

As you have been registered here since August 2009, some *one and a half years* at this time, you should have had plenty of time to do all the basic reading required. You should certainly have known most EVERYTHING I have just stated above.
