Many, many, many people here start off with the “newbie routine”, and then many of them just stick with that routine for the rest of their days participating in PE. Some people may modify the newbie routine only slightly, but it’s still primarily that same routine. Why post it, it is already posted!
Advanced routines usually involve significant variations of the newbie routine or additional advanced exercises, some of which may be much more dangerous and therefore not at all suitable for newbies. Typically many advanced routines are tailored by the individual who is using it for their own unique needs based on their own unique physiological responses that they have observed during their preceding participation in the newbie routine. What works for that individual, may not necessarily work or be suitable for another.
There are no secret routines here that people are withholding from you, and knowing any other persons advanced routines very probably would not be helpful at all to you as your physiological responses will most likely be different than theirs.
As you have been registered here since August 2009, some *one and a half years* at this time, you should have had plenty of time to do all the basic reading required. You should certainly have known most EVERYTHING I have just stated above.
