I am pretty new here, and already starting to gain in both length and girth. And, as of last night, get this, I got the full green light from the spouse. I told her I was happy that she was ok with me growing, she said, “why wouldn’t I be?”. She followed it up by saying, “it’s already big”, and “I can only take so much”. ( sincerely ) So, needless to say, I think I’ll be doing this for a while.

HOWEVER, in order to keep your gains, do you have to maintain a PE workout indefinitely, in perpetuity, FOREVER until you die? Any help and/or personal experiences would be great. Thanks.

PE forever for penile health, EQ, and well being is what I’m thinking.

When I reach my goal I expect that I will need to stretch to keep my ligs from tightening up too much. That is certainly true of the ligs in my legs.

As to jelqing, it helps my EQ. So why would I want to stop that?

Believe me, this is for ME. Trust me, she has not asked, intimated, complained or in any other way inferred that I NEED, or she WANTS, my cock bigger.

I do, however, want a bigger unit. I’ve been curious about it for as far back as I can remember. It is just really exciting when your spouse, (together 14 yrs), is like “cool this could be fun”. So, yes, this is definitely for me, but, if this means I can pleasure her to another level, than that will make ME even happier. Do you see what I mean?

As Thatcat said it’s not for forever, it’s till the penis size stops being a priority.

I haven’t been around here long enough to know if there were any urologist members. I do recall reading the many colorful exploits of Big Girtha which sometimes involved skepticism on part of his urologist as she examined his PE battle scared unit. But that is the only urologist I have seen mentioned, other when guys injure themselves and go to their urologists.

Sometimes, if a question gets phrased in a different way, new people might respond, and in kind, give additional viewpoints and perspectives. This, PE, is something that is to be taken seriously, as it deals with something very valuable to me. In the future, how would you suggest, I “re-ask” a question if I do not feel like I have a clear understanding after responses are posted?

You could explain better what your question is, I guess, without opening a new thread - or this could become a never ending game.

What I am asking is; Once a person has achieved the length and girth that they are happy with, if they stop exercising all together, will all of the gains be lost?

I think you need to keep doing a small maintenance routine once in a while, Wadzilla made a thread were he had lost most of his gains in a 3 tear period or so if my memory doesnt fail, but he said he didn’t do any form of PE whatsoever.

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

Some form of maintenance after you have reached your goals is like insurance to hold onto your gains. Some people might hold onto most gains without it but better to be safe then sorry. Some experimentation would be needed for how much is required. I figure 5 mins before you have a shower every 2nd night could do it, with maybe a longer routine (15 mins) once in a while but maybe more would be required.
