PE for a year, minuscule results

I have been at it for a year now. I’ve been here for awhile and just saw that registration has opened up. I started out only stretching but then moved to following the newbie routine. I have been following it to a T. For the past 8-9 months. My length has stayed at 5.5in and girth has stayed at 5.7in. When I try to jelq harder or do it at more erection my head ends up not filling with blood properly and stays small for a week. I really am at a lose and am frustrated I have read a lot but am opened to any opinions. Thanks in advance

Just out of curiousity, how much were your minuscule gains from the first 3-4 months of the newbie routine? It says you followed the newbie routine to a T for the past 8-9 months, could that be your problem? You had small gains from the newbie routine, but are at the limit of what you can gain with those exercises? From what I’ve read, clamping, pumping, and other more advanced PE techniques are used more commonly after the first 3-4 months with the newbie routine. Maybe you should look into those routines now that you’ve conditioned yourself well.

Believe it or not, done correctly with correct warm up and preparation, most of the more advanced exercises are not that dangerous at all. Just no matter what, make sure you warm up enough. If you don’t do more advanced exercises, you’re not going to see any improvement. It’s like long distance running. If you only run a mile every day for a year, you’re not going to be able to run near as far as someone that adds half a mile to their run every week for that same year. You gotta add more and more difficult stuff as you go.

What is your routine? I’ve been stretching for a couple weeks, if that, and I’ve already noticed a difference. Are you just jelqing? For how long? Sounds to me like you need to seriously step it up. Regarding “branching out”, there is a very basic concept in business, “with risk comes rewards”, it applies to most things in life. I can’t wait to start hanging, pumping, clamping, advanced stretches, etc.! I will be catious with each one, work my way up with each one and be close attention so that I never cross the line and go too far. Also, how is your diet?

I jelqed for 6 months, not even spending hours a day doing it or anything close like that, just jelqing mind you, and I definitely noticed a difference, so to me, sounds like there is something wrong with your routine. Not that I’m an expert yet, as I’m just a newbie, but one if you give us your routine, I’m sure one of the e veterans will give you some great advice.


My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

Heat, heat, and more heat and when you’re done add some more heat. I’m a tough gainer myself. For me 10 minutes with a rice sock is an absolute minimum.

Review your jelqing technique. There used to be “how to” video’s on here, but I haven’t looked for them in a while. Read about peoples techniques for jelqing, try to understand what they are saying and doing. I spent months jelqing wrong until I ran across some threads that gave me the insight I needed. I’d be willing to bet that 75%, or more, of the newer people on here are not jelqing correctly.

Take a break maybe. Deconditioning may be just what you need to “jump start” some gains or allow you to gain a fresh perspective.

Above all remember that what works for one person may or may not work for you. Mix it up a bit and CAREFULLY experiment with different PE methods. If you’ve been doing the ‘newbie routine’ for a year, I’m not surprised you haven’t realized any significant gains. While my personal routine remains primarily manual, stretching and jelqing with some pumping added in 1 or 2 times a week, I am continually looking and researching different methods and approaches to manual stretches and jelqing. I also brush up on pumping in the Pumper’s Forum as well, to make sure I’m up on the latest news and techniques.


Posting 'newbie' but 2+ year lurker and PEer.

Start: ~6" BPEL, ~5" MSEG (If I remember correctly) Now: 7.25" BPEL, 5.25" MSEG (After an 8 month break) GOAL: I'll be finished when I'm done.

*** ALWAYS mind your PI's and EQ's :) *** PE takes knowledge, time, and commitment. If you can't do that, you can't PE. ***

Did you at least notice better erections?

How your PI’s have been since you started PE?

We don’t have a lot of information to base on, you see :) ; guessing on the little you gave us, I’d say this could be a good reading for you:
