PE for 7 months now, need advice for the future!

Hello dear penis comrades!

I have been doing PE for 7 months pretty damn consistently averaging 4-5 workouts per week. I started at 5.5” and are currently 5.7”, I am pretty sure it is basically EQ gains all of it. Been working up to about 30 mins simple manual stretches and 15-20 mins jelqing and have done this for quite some time without any gains.

So, in about a months time, I am going on a vacation for 2 weeks and I have no clue if I am going to do PE while being there. I really need some advice on how I should proceed going forward… Should I take a ”decondition” break for about 6-8 weeks and restart on a routine or should I scale my routine down and start a new routine that is lighter and gradually build it up? Is it even necessary for me to go on a decondition yet? Is it better to start a new routine and keep going? I hear things like tissues ”toughen up” etc in time etc… maybe I have not yet reached that point so a decondition would do nothing for me? I can’t say I have used very high intensity yet in my career, I’ve tried keeping it on the light side.

My PI’s have been fine most of the time. This last week it has been slightly worse though I feel like. I rarely get morning wood nowadays but I have never had a problem to get hard. At the beginning I started a version of ”Linear Newbie Routine” and very slowly increased the time, but not the intensity. Maybe I have been using too little intensity to encourage growth? And I have always had a issue with maintaining erection level during jelqing, I am most of the time almost completely flaccid.

I have decided to completely stop porn and start edging more instead of ”masturbating”. I think this might help me to get better at maintaining semi erection during jelqing as I will be better to use my imagination etc and not be dependent on porn.

I really don’t know whether to restart a lighter routine or if a decondition would be the better choice?

Have you tried any other type of exercise?

Now could be a time to experiment something different.

One detail that catch our people off guard: watching TV, using the computer or cellphone or listen to music while doing the routine. Staying focus could do wonders for some people while for some doesn’t matter at all. Another thing to take into consideration.

Even though it feels hard to go on a break from PE because I am so focused and used to doing it, maybe I should when thinking about it. This has been 7-8 long months of barely any success with a lot of time and work put into it. Maybe I need the break mentally too. I could edge, kegel and quit porn during the break and then come up with a new better routine when I return after my vacation with a fresh mind and a fresh start.

I really want to stick to manuals, stretching and jelqing. Until I am sure whether that can bring me success or not! I think I will go on a 6-8 week break, just do edging, kegels and quit porn during this time and then when I come back, restart a routine and monitor PI’s and really focus when doing the routine.

After some reading… perhaps a proper decondition break is not required after all… As I have not done any advanced or intense routine, I’ve stuck to simple stretches and jelqing. Perhaps I will just take a week of rest and get back to a proper beginners routine and start all over and going forward only based on PI’s from there!

Me also have the same problem like you. I have the trouble to keep maintaining my erection level. It went off really quick.

But after I did a lot of reading, I’m pretty sure, it is okay to jelq with minimum 30-40% erection level as you will only gain length.

I’m seriously need the length so bad, my penis is too short. Haha (I’m Asian).

I’m currently on the last week of the second month of Newbie Routine :) .
