I just joined the PE forum and want to embark on this PE journey. I did measurements and I’m a BPEL 5.5” and 5” EG. I want to grow !!

I had just finished my first session of PE with the newbie program but I encountered a some hurdle.
I started with warming the boy with a mini hot towel, after the warming up the boy is still flaccid, as soon as I did a few rep of stretching, my boy turn erected about 40-60%. So I use the warming towel to let my penis return to a more flaccid state. I managed to finish the stretches with an on and off warming technique.

However, when I tried the jelqing on my semi 60%-70% erected penis, veins starts to be very visible and it seems more blood starts flowing up the penis glans and once again my boy is oversensitive and hit almost 90%++ erected.

I didn’t want to give up half way of the first session, so I re-dip the mini towel to the warm water and hang on my dick and start doing kegel (I’m not sure I’m doing kegel right or not, the penis with the towel did move up a little). After about 10 reps of 3sec hold kegels, my penis starts to return to 30-50% state, so I proceed with jelqing. I ended up alternated this two technique with some sort of ULI squeeze when the penis is too erected. And repeat for around 30mins.

Please help with how to maintain the semi erect penis without getting filling up when jelqing. Am I possibly doing it wrongly?

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks. This will help get your dick accustomed to the exercises so your boy doesn’t overreact.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Did my 2nd day session. Still getting too erected after 10 jelq strokes. Need to cool it down and repeat. Took so much longer to finish the sets. :(

Keep practicing. After a while your penis (actually your brain) will learn the difference between “work” time, (PE) and ‘play” time, (Sex and masturbation).

Its one of those things you just learn. Some things I use to control my erections.

I change positions. from sitting on a low stool, to standing, to squat.

I control my thoughts. When I need more erection I think erotic thoughts. When I need less erection I think non erotic thoughts, do mental arithmetic, think about that days todo list, think about something technical.

I use Kegels/ reverse kegels to regulate blood flow. I’ve got kegels well figured out and can pump up a erection to desired level. Reverse kegels are a little more ambiguous in their use for me. Sometimes it engorges me, sometimes is allows blood to flow out.

Also every day is a little different.

Above all in time you will learn that this is not jerking off, its work, its not exciting, and its gunna take a LONG TIME…
