PE FAQ suggestions/input

OK - here is the difficulty (I think I saw something on this before, but …) [1] when I have tried to connect to the LINKS on the FAQ/glossary page [which I can’t scroll to the bottom of anyway] I go nowhere - hints? [2] I am fascinated at the MANY reports of huge gains made in a short time by even newbies (I am still one as far as I am concerned) and I am STILL stuck at my starting point 0f 5.5 & 4.5 - WTF is this? and [3] SOMEONE help me figure out what I am doing WRONG!!! I am doing this shit like you guys tell me to and I have found on many other sites, but NOTHING seems to be working … please -

Make sure your browser is set to us javascript and then try the FAQ Glossary again. We are working on an updated version now that will be easier to navigate, I hope.

I am going to put this in the Newbie Forum. Post and describe what your routine is now and I’m sure you will get some suggestions.

Cool, Thunder - thanks. What I do is basically this:

WARM UP - “very” warm rag while in shower for at least 5 minutes, then
STRETCHING - three sets of 15-second pulls (3 each: out, up, down, left, right, circle left, circle right), then
“SUPER STRETCH” - up for a 20 count while trying to hold kegel (3 sets), then
JELK - 100 slow reps (1-1000, 2-1000, 3-1000) alternating hands, then
JELK - 100 reps (1-and, 2-and, 3-and, etc.) alternating hands, then
STRETCH - a double set of similar stretches to above, but 10-seconds each, then
COOLDOWN with a warm rag for about 5 minutes.

I do this on a 3-on, 1-off schedule (which can get a bit discombobulated based on my day - i am a full-time pastor with strange hours) -

During the day, I do stretches when I hit the can, and sometimes will do other exercises in the evening to promote girth growth (what I need also).

That is my “regular” routine, and has been for a while … dam I wish I could see some results. I still have not even felt the “this is not my dick” sensation you all talk about.

Anyway, I usually take 15 to 20 minutes for the “routine.” I admit that it is not “constant” - in that I don’t always do all elements, or sometimes abbreviate the whole thing. Additionally, I have been caused (by circumstances - see comments above) to have not been able to work out at all for as much as a week at a time (camps, etc.).

I have been “messing” (seriously, this time) with this PE stuff now for a bit over 18 months now. I admit that I have not been completely “faithful” to the effort, and have not really worked one set routine (dam - all the “truth” comes out here - how do you do it, bro?) … however, I am bound and determined that I WILL be 7” by my birthday in October (want to really celebrate my mid-century mark), if I can find a good routine and stick with it. Again, thanks for your attention.

As to my LOT - I have done it erect and flacid: erect is about 7PM, and flacid is about the same. I have really worked the kegel (PC) evercises quite a bit, and when we do make it, can flex in my wife and make her feel it … she kinda likes it, ‘specially after she has orgasmed really hard.

Anyway, bro - whatever you suggest I am willing to try. I am tired of “playing,” and need to get serious. I have even considerd pumping or hanging, but am not at that point yet.

Hey wan2,

First thing, I am in no sense of the word a master, well, maybe a masturbater, but no guru or any of that stuff.

You want gains, you have to get consistent. Add another 10 minutes of jelqing and 10 minutes of stretches, concentrating on stretching/working on the tunica. Do a search on stretches here, try them all out until you find one that feels like it is doing some work for you.

Maybe kick yourself up to a 5 on / 2 off workout schedule, that way you aren’t taking days off and missing days too. Workout when you can, but try to get those 5 days a week in.

Also, if you need a kick in the ass every now and then, speak up or join the Mentor program and get someone to help keep you motivated.

Last thing, not all guys gain right away, some take longer than others. Some of these fast initial gains can also be bad beginning measurements. I’ll keep quiet about other contributing factors. You don’t need to worry about what others gain anyway, just work toward your gains.

Thanks, Thunder - took yur advice & sent a note to DarkTrick - I will also start to add as you suggest.

Any idea where the “videos” (now on .zip) might be found on mpeg? It mite help me to see the exercises so that I am better aware of their “style.”
