I did a search on this, but the results were too broad and I couldn’t find what I was looking for.. So I’m gonna post the quick question:

Will doing PE everyday improve results or have a negative effect?

It will have a negative effect because it will not allow enough time for your penis to heal through the week.

Start taking 2 days off, some say 3, and after a couple months you only have to take 1 day off.

Yeah, I saw a place that they ask for 2 days off when you are doing PE exercises. It will give your shaft a little rest.

Because I’ve been PE’ing for 3 consecutive days. I’m gonna give myself another 3-4 days of rest.

They are just asking 4 stop two days, bcos our shaft need a rest. PE is not just like having sex. It brings hurt and un-rest 4 our shaft. So, it need to be cool. That’s only.. In seven days week, just ask 2 days rest and 5 days exercises.

Depends on the stage of your PE journey.

You need to get a good understanding of how your penis responds to the stresses of PE. Some of us on here can go every day, with few ‘breaks’ in between. Just do what feels natural and take it slow. I am partial to the 5 on, 2 off schedule. Although, I usually end up taking more breaks than intended.

PE is so addicting that it’s difficult, at first, to take time off but the breaks are a necessary part of PE, as attested by many senior members. I also use a 5 on and 2 off schedule and look forward to starting my week “on” more than my days “off”.
