PE during off days ?

PE during off days ?

I feel like the off days in my routine are counter productive or I’m wasting a day not peing. Is there any way to influence growth on your off days besides just healing ? Some sort of off day PE I guess you could call it that wouldn’t slow down the healing but promote healing larger.

For instance , the first time I turtled after PE I started stretching it out within unstressful boundaries and holding it there for a minute or two here and there. I’ve been doing this for a while now. Since I started doing that I never turtle. I think it’s interesting in how the penis can adapt and try to manipulate it to my advantage to do what I want. After about a month of doing that I have been able to do it less and less while keeping the desired result.

Off days are off days. The most you should do are light piss-pulls.

Well I’ve also read that letting it heal wrapped in a bandage while the bandage holds it in the stretched position promotes healing larger as well. What’s everybody’s thoughts on this subject ?

Just take the day off man, do some cardio on your days off. Running will give you better blood flow and make it easier to get up.

Bandages gave way to silicone sleeves a few years ago! In my opinion, piss pulls work very almost as well, and you don’t need any equipment to do them, nor do you have the embarrassment at the gym when you pull your shorts off and forget you have a silicone sleeve on :D

Maybe I’ll try some piss pulls then. Between work and l arginine my flow is fine. So I can wear a silicone sleeve when I’m not peing and on off days ? Where can I obtain one ?

PE start Aug 25, 2013: BPEL 6.7" x EG 4.7" and BPFSL 7".

Paused between Dec 2013 and Dec 2014 due to injury. Careful with those rice socks!

Goal 7" x 5". Ideal is 8" x 6" but let's not even dream about that yet...!

Helps make sure that if you get any retraction on ‘off’ days it doesn’t have any negative affects on gains. It helps maximise the gains you get from your ‘on’ PE days.

To add a little perspective, my original hanging guidance from American Bodycrafters in 1996 said “do this,”* so I did that every single day, only skipping days when I had no choice. I had no complaints with 1.25” (3.175 cm) in four months.

For me, this reflects hive mind’s need for consensus, protocols, and routines. Nothing wrong with that, and it’s great to have feedback, advice, and encouragement, but in the end none of us—so far—really knows. I agree you’re wasting time with days off, if it feels that way to you. Just my opinion.

* specific instructions for a weight hanging routine; 10-15 minutes on/off for two hours AM and PM

There is a huge difference between hanging/stretching type exercises and jelqing/clamping type exercises.

If you are solely working hanging/stretching exercises you can pretty much do them every day (as long as you are not massively over-doing it, which if you are fairly body-conscious you will feel anyway).

If you are including jelqing/clamping etc. type exercises you absolutely have to take ‘recovery’ days, or I will see you in the injury threads.

Jelqing is synergistic with every other form of PE, so you might as well combine it with other forms, take days off, and still get the gains.
