Hey all,

I’ve been floating around the forums for the last month asking questions and reading as much as I can prior to starting PE. What you guys are doing here is amazing and is a network every guy should know about. The community feel to this website pushes people to share their insecurities without being judged, so I appreciate all those part of it,.

With that said, I’ve started PE today. Going with the Newbie Routine, everything seemed to go smoothly.

My starting stats are
BPEL 6.2”
EG 4.8”

Short-Term Goal
EG 5.5”

I’ve been tall most of my life, with a good build at 6’4 in my mid-20s.. Girls aren’t a problem at all, but my goal has always been pushing my boundaries and seeing how far I can get and what challenges I can take on. Weight lifting has been a big thing for me for the last many years. PE seems like an amazing challenge to take on now, and I look forward to seeing what I can accomplish.

Also, thanks to those that I PM’d. Sorry for being a bother with the questions, but I appreciate you answering me and giving insight.

Same to you. What are your starting stats?

We both have about the same stats and I have the same goal. Only difference is I am about 8inches shorter being 5,8

Hope we can both reach our goals.

Starting: 1/1/13 BPEL 6'' EG 4.75'' BPFSL 6.25'' FG 4''

Short Term: 1/1/14 BPEL 7'' EG 5.5''

Long Term: 1/1/15 BPEL 8'' EG 6''

Your starting stats are nearly identical to what mine were, except my height is closer to pokiez.

Everyone here starting with the newbie routine?

Welcome to TP and yes, I’m using the newbie routine but have already tweaked it after 2 1/2 weeks. Read the PI thread as I believe it gives you valuable information with understanding the indicators your penis gives you when doing to the exercises. The newbie is more of a foundation routine and can be adjusted usually after the 3 month period. I don’t recommend adjusting because somebody gained for something elseā€¦listen to your member using PI and it will guide you to the proper routine for maximum growth.

Goal: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"

For jelqing, quick question for all,

How do I know if I’m not squeezing hard enough? Is should I feel some sort of stimulation in the head?

For me it is when my penis pumps up without going into an erection, and it will feel heavy and look very meaty if you know what I mean. The last time I had a lot of stimulation or tingling in the head, I ended up with a couple red spots on the tip of my penis. I just toned down the intensity and still had a good pump.
