PE Challenges: The fat pad, to start or not
I really have a big fat pad. I tried jelqing, and some other excercises such as the V-stretch.
However, with the fat pad, I see it difficult to do Jelqing, because if I use my right hand to stroke/milk, I cannot use my left hand to stroke back, as I use it to hold back the pad.
V stretch, there is not much space due to the pad :)
Any experience from fat padders would help me, whether to continue with this or wait after making diet ?? Any other advices?
