I’m sorry for stating the obvious but this week (first week)I got amazing results. First of all I used to masterbate alot , 3-5 times a day , once weekend comes I try to limit It to one or none so I be good during the night .

Well I’m 6.25EL 4.5EG , but I been fucking with my girl with alot less , sometimes with 4 or 5 inches due to loss of strengt of erection during sex. Well I said enough is enough , since I’m starting bodybuilding next week, I also started Newbie routine this week , with 3 sessions and 1 rest day so far, I also didn’t masterbate to the point of climax at all this whole week , I would flap it a while but stop before cuming , also only did that like 3 times whole week.

That’s great to hear! I had a similar experience, I didn’t see any gains for a while, but my EQ quality got much better. That alone kept me going with the routine. Congrats man!
