So how do you explain to her that after your routine that your kind of washed out and need some recoup time? If she jumps on you does it help or are you just non responsive no matter how she goes about it?

My wife and I used to have weekend fuckfests. I miss those. Her libido went south and that was that. Working on that, though.

I do a much lighter routine than you do, just some light stretching and 50-100 jelqs in the shower, followed by an ADS. I’m deliberately taking my time, “slow and steady wins the race” and all that.

Are you taking any pro-sexual supplements? You might consider some arginine, zinc, yohimbe, etc. Or you might consider a lighter routine. My EQ is still very high, even at my advanced age of 51 (next week).

On Sunday, I took some prosexual nutrients and a cialis, and even after jelqing earlier and wearing my ADS, I was able to come twice in about a half hour. Nowadays, a half hour is the closest I come to a fuckfest.
