PE and running.
I have been PEing for about two months now. I haven’t really seen any gains. I think it’s this damn weather. That’s Texas for you. One minute it’s hot, the next it’s cold, and running at night doesn’t help a bit. I finish jogging and then go to the shower. I let the warm water bring my buddy out of hiding. Poor thing doesn’t know what to do anymore. “Hang out or curl up?” If I wasn’t l living on campus I would be running with some sort of weighted sleeve. Anyone got any suggestions on how to keep my friend happy and hanging during and after running?
