PE and regular exercise

PE and regular exercise

Is it possible to achieve greater gains through PE by also exercising? I’m not talking about NBPEL measurements, since we all know a reduced fat pad will increase NBPEL. I generally work out my body, then PE immediately afterward. I’m no doctor, but it kind of makes sense that regular exercise would encourage your body to produce the right chemicals and hormones to promote growth throughout the body, including the penis. Please share your anecdotal experiences or expert doctor opinions.

PS: I apologize if there’s already a thread about this. Searching for ‘exercise’ and ‘workout’ seems like it would turn up a lot of unrelated results.

Well I’d guess so, testosterone increase penile growth right? Working out also increases testosterone from what I’ve heard, but I don’t think it would cause any gains after puberty though. I’m no doctor either but that’s just my guess.

Well as far as your penis being stretched, being able to repair itself and efficiently promote cell growth, a healthy body would do this better than an unhealthy one though. That’s how I think of it.

No hormone in your body will help with growth of penis (after puberty) because manual PE is about plastic deformation of tissue in penis, not chemically induced growth.

That being said, exercising should be done for overall health, not just for PE. If anything, it can help because of better blood flow and it certainly won’t do you any harm.

Immediately after working out, I assume that blood flow is increased, which could lead to better jelqing results since jelqing is all about moving blood around. Thanks UpTo7, that will be my new theory.

I would say that it would help. Lots of growth enhancing mechanisms are upregulated with exercise (both in the blood and in the actual muscle) and I’m sure this would be beneficial for soft tissue growth and repair in the penis, thus enhancing PE gains in the long term.

Decemeber 2007: 5.8" BPEL x 4.9" MSEG

Current:-------->7.7" BPEL x 5.7" MSEG (7.2" NBPEL)

Current Goal:--->7.6" BPEL X 5.8" MSEG Do or do not, there is no "try".

Cardio has been noted to help many men with ED. Working out makes me hornier with more boners per day. With both PE and working out, I can easily do 3 fucks a day at 45 years old. I’d probably feel like maybe 2 fucks the next day, then maybe one or not feel like fucking at all on the third. It’s a vicious cycle, but one that I’m willing to repeat as necessary.

Anyway, it definitely cannot hurt. Exercise has many benefits beyond the immediate obvious ones.

9/10: BPEL 6.0" / MSEG 5.0" / BEG 5.5"

Now: BPEL 6.75" / MSEG 5.25"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" / MSEG 5.5" ||8===D~·.؁
