PE and Piercings

Hi All,
Newbie here, been doing PE for about a month now. Great Stuff!

Any harm on doing PE exercises with these left in. I have a frenum piercing. I have done the exercises with it left in and with it taken out.

That is a good question.
I have always wanted an Apadravya myself.

In the short run you may be able to get away with wearing it during a PE session especially a newbie routine. Just to be cautious and prevent bleeding on accident I would take it out and leave it out until the inflammation (donut effect) subsides. If you thought getting a piercing was tough you won’t wantto deal with a hand full if blood during an advanced routine.

PE after a piercing

EDIT: Oh woops, I misread your question. Maybe one of those links in that thread has the answer? Good luck.

I’m not sure. But ask yourself this: is there any point in leaving it in during your routine? There is certainly not going to be an advantage to doing so.

Welcome to the forum by the way :)

Hey all,

I have had an Apadravya for a about 2 years now and am still actively into PE. I had to wait about 6 months after having it done before I could perform any PE without it “hurting” somewhat but now it is fine. I jelq, pump and stretch as part of my routine and have no issues but I did have to modify the exercises slightly to accommodate my piercing. With stretching, for example you need to remember that if you have any force on your piercing while stretching you are going to stretch you piercing as well, so you may need to modify your grip so as to not use the piercing as a “grip point”. With jelqing it is simply a matter of ending each stroke before the piercing, which is simple enough but with lube and over eagerness painful slippage can occur, also it is best to start off with very light jelqing and build up over a long period, even if you are a seasoned PE’er because as T.G.D mentioned above you will end up with a hand full of blood but this will not be a problem once the fistula in your piercing has toughened up.

As far as taking out your piercing when PE’ing I personally do not take mine out, I have tried it but have found it difficult to put back in after a session and penis piercing close up exceptionally fast.

My last point is just an observation I made when I first got my piercing and started PE again. It was roughly 4 months after getting my Apadravya that I restarted PE and I noticed that this was a period where I made some great gains, about 0.5cm in both length and girth in the span of a month and they were permanent to. My theory is that while my body was attempting to heal what is essentially a substantial injury I added further trauma to the same general area and with this heightened healing process already taking place it must have helped the micro-tears from PE heal more rapidly than usual.

As I said it is just an observation I made and could just be a coincidence but I had never gained like that prior and nor since but I would be keen to hear from anyone else who has observed this.

Jeling pumping and hanging is all fine with my Prince Albert, however, I do find that it stretches the piercing hole. Not desirable. Makes peeing turn into a shower for your toilet.

I have had a frenum for years and I leave mine in, just remember to cut your jelq’s a bit short or it gets raw. My barbell and beads are very small though, if they were any bigger, I would take it out.

Basic rule of thumb: If it hurts, don’t do it. So if it hurts or gets in the way, just take it out and put it back in afterwards. Remember, if you get and injury you have to stop PE until it heals. Common sense, guys.
