PE and life

So, I love PE ing. And, as many here, I’m getting a little obsessed by it. I’m spending upwards of 1 hour per workout day (usually 45 mins for a full routine). As eager as I am to get a bit more meat, I’m curious about those folks who spend 2.5 hours a day, or even over an hour a day doing PE. I know there are certain cases (i.e. Bib) where someone works from home and can multitask with PE, but for the rest of us, doesn’t spending hours a day hinder other interests and hobbies, as well as a healthy social life?

Not passing judgements as I’m not one to criticize anyone’s priorities. Again, I get eager enough to get good gains that I think about planning multi-hour sessions.

Thoughts? Ideas? Let’s discuss.

Well, I’ve always thought about how I’m going to input PE into the rest of my life. Right now I’m young and living at home, about to move out into my own apartment with my girlfriend. I don’t know how I’m going to input it but I’m planning on waking up early in the mornings like 8am. Wake up and what not, then get my routine over with for the day (about an hour or so) so by then it’s 10am. Then hitting the gym, be back home and out the shower by 12, and going to work.. That’s how I see myself doing PE. If that helped.


Current stat = NBPEL - 6.235", BPEL - 7.000".. Mid EG - 5.063".. Base EG - 5.750" BPSFL - 7.3125 ------ Old stats = NBPEL - 6.000", Mid EG - 5.000

Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.750", BPEL - 8.250".. Mid EG - 6.000".. Base EG - 6.500" ------ Goal Length gains - 1.515". Girth gain - 1.000"

For me, it basically meant that I had to wake up early to do my session (especially since my current routine involves a lot of hanging). There have definitely been a few instances when PE interfered with other interests, but I have learned to schedule my PE routine so that it doesn’t interfere. It sometimes even means having to spread out my routine throughout the day.

Maybe this is a dumb question, but have the results been worth the trouble for you? I imagine this would depend on the person.

I guess, for me, it would just be important to maintain some sort of balance. It’s the same reason that I make sure I don’t spend more than an hour or so in the gym per day. I could spend 2+ hours body building and I see a lot of successful body builders that do. I definitely in the mediocre category for fitness, but feel better making sure I can distribute my time to various interests. It might also just be that I’m a full time student and don’t have enough time.

Some people should just consider PE as a normal thing you do, every other day or whatever you schedule is. Just don’t obsess about it. You have to read lots of information about it to learn and gain better, but you can’t over-train your penis because you’re obsessed. Just think of it as a normal healthy thing you do with your life. No need to go into extremes.

I do not think it is a dumb question but to answer it, I have not experienced this much growth with other routines. If you search there are plenty of threads on those that have become successful with split routines but like you said, it depends on the person and everyone reacts different to different PE routines. Although I spend plenty of time PE’ing, I do make sure I allocate my time to other things (and believe me, I have a lot of interests). I always try to make time to do my routine, but if something else comes up, that other thing will most likely take priority and my PE will have to come at a later time. PE is a lifestyle for me but it is not my life (I hope that made sense). I just graduated college this past Dec. so I definitely knows how it is to be a student with more important priorities, I just adjust according to how much time I have and how much I am willing to do at the time.

The way I look at it is this.. If you’re not comfortable doing something at the pace you’re doing it.. Slow down. If you want to go faster, go faster. Don’t worry about what’s going to happen in the long run or if it’s going to hinder your activities. You’re going to be able to mix it into your life easily eventually. That’s the beauty of being alive. Adaptation. :) We do it well.

I personally get up at around 7am, do my routine, am done for 8:30ish, then grab a shower, some breakfast, and then leave for work at 9:20ish. I work at an office, so I’m sitting down most of the time.. I wish I could do it from home so I could do hanging or something while I do it, but I can’t :( Oh well, gotta make due! :D

And is this your first time moving out? Make sure you’re ready if it is.. It’s a blast if you have a good set up :D [I moved out twice.. Lol] This time’s good though :D

That’s true. It’s up to you to find out when and how large that chunk is. That’s why most people do their routine in the morning to get it over with and have time later for their lives.

PE requires time. But what’s limiting 99% of those who try PE, isn’t time but consistency. The only technique I’m aware require hours daily to see gains is hanging. Other techniques could require 4-5 hours per week, even on an advanced stage. I invite all of you who haven’t already to give a read to this thread

I do not believe that one has to spend a whole lot of time to achieve good gains. Ive made the majority of my gains doing a combination of pumping and jelqing for approximately 30-45 min/session and only 3-4 days/week. From time to time I’ll do what I call a “marathon” session lasting an hour or so but this is rare. I think the key is finding what works best (which isnt always easy at first), applying those techniques along with patience, and the gains will come without you having to sacrifice much of your time at all.

When I’m in hanging mode I turn into a hermit because for me to get gains I needed at least 2 hours a day. I would lie to friends and not go out, I would turn down date opportunity’s so I could stay in my cave with my weights on my dick. I remember one year I took the summer off from PE and it was great I felt like a giant weight had been lifted:)

so, how does this workout with significant others? I’m moving in with my girlfriend of several years in June. I mean, my lady knows about PE, and she’d probably give me an hour or so every day, but I don’t think shed be cool with me spending more time with PE than with her, especially considering all my other hobbies/activities.

Just do the newbie routine - it requires less than an hour daily.

Unless you’re like me today, and tried to watch TV while doing the routine.. It wasn’t something I’ll be doing anytime soon. I had to keep porn on in the background just so I could keep my semi-erection to do my jelqs. It took like 2 hours to finish my routine. Lol
