PE and genetic structures

So.. I was reading some last week and it got my interest.

As some or most of you guys already know, there are 3 genetic structures men have: Ectomorph, Endomorph and Mesomorph. Ever heard of it? - If not, you can read more on the web ofcourse. :)

Anyway, I was wondering if the size of the Penis has anything to do with the genetic structures? Because, I for example am an ectomorph. In start of 2008 I’ve started with Gym (6-7 months ago) and I needed a lot more time to gain weight and muscle mass (also drank proteins), and all that just because of my genetic structure.

So, does the genetic structure affect the gains? Does drinking proteins (carbohydrates + proteins) help if you drink them after PE? I found all of this interesting and thought I’d give you some ways of thinking from my side.

Maybe some of you are asking yourself the same, any idea?

When it comes to the gym, my genetics suck. I have really small wrists and calves (along with small arms and calves), and its really hard to make my arms or calves budge. If I eat to bulk, it goes all to my stomach and barely anything to my arms, back, chest, etc. and I don’t even go overboard with eating compared to some guys. Yet, I don’t think I’m too bad off with penis size (in the length department).

As for carbs and protein, I don’t know if that will make a HUGE difference. A healthy diet will definitely help with PIs but there are many guys who have a crappy diet and gain from PE. Then again, there are guys who have a crappy diet and gain in the gym, also.

I don’t like eating huge amounts of carbs until its in the morning or after a workout. Any other time and I feel like crap. I stick with healthy fats and proteins mostly.

Hidurby It would be benficial to your post if you gave a clue to technical words. Such as
Ectomorph - Slender Endomorph - Fuller and Mesomorph - Medium. People don’t want to go chasing after a string of words to give a reply to your post.

The answer is Penis size is not related to any of the three above. Slender guys can have large or small penises. etc. It maybe that their body shape gives a distorted view, but that is all.

Psst! The link is at the bottom of the page :bigwink:

Body shape is unrelated to penis size. However, an Ectomorph is unlikely to have a deep fat pad hiding the base of his shaft, whereas a ‘pear-shaped’ Endomorph is much more likely to have a deeper fat pad.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

I always thought I was an ectomorph until I realized I just ate terrible food. If you are an ectomorph and you want to gain weight, eat alot of protein and good quality carbs, as much whole grains as possible. When you eat right, you will think you are on steroids, you will be stronger every week. But it doesn’t do anything for PE, at least in my experience.

Aha, I understand more now.

Thanks a lot everyone for telling from your owns experiences, I guess it really has nothing to do with body structures and I’ll just have to face that and keep on working on myself.

Petitfaun, I’m sorry for not giving enough information - I guess I could have put more effort in the topic itself.

And yeah, I eat more and more healthy food nowadays.

Thanks again, have a good day. :)

I just want to ad -

All 3 body structures have been successful in various endevours and atheletics.

Just like PE, the starting point does not matter - its the end point.

Some people require different diet, and different type of workout
to be successful.
