PE and annual physicals

PE and annual physicals

Hi, I’m not exactly new to PE as I’ve been on and off for the past four years (on in about 8 months per year and off in 4). In fact, I think I’ve gained about an inch each in length and girth with jelq sticks that period but my mistake was not taking really measuring my beginning stats (so I can’t really give accurate figures for my real beginning stats).

So I’m treating my joining of this awesome forum as my PE day 1 and I’ll officially reckon my progress against today, although I don’t think I can still get some newbie gains.

Now for my question: Can PE be detected from urine works during an annual medical exam? I figured because of the jelqs and stretches can conceivably cause micro-tears in the urethra itself, red blood cells (even a very small number) might end up in the urine and detected in urine works? I would not want to be in a situation where the doctor would ask me if I have any idea to explain why there is a RBC count (even a very tiny count) and have to explain that it’s PE.

This was also a main reason for my on-off in the past; when I intend to go for my annual executive checkup in a few months, I would make it a point to stop PE-ing at least one month before that date. At least to ensure any micro-tears that may contribute to RBC in urine. But my experience is that inertia gets the better of me and I end up not PE-ing even 2 or 3 months after the medical itself — so about 4 months off in a year [certainly terrible in terms of ‘cementing’ gains]

Am I just paranoid that there such a possibility of the doctor “detecting” PE in my urine? Or for that matter, anyway else? Reason is, I intend to go for my annual exec checkup in mid this year, and I would like to schedule my PE-off month if that’s required?

Thanks.

Its definitely possible, but that is all it would show up in, is your urine analysis. I wouldn’t worry about this too much, and if you do have some RBCs in your urine, that would be the time to explain it to your doctor. Its not like he/she is going to tell the world, HIPPA laws if you live in the US. Might be an akward conversation, but always best to tell the truth to your doctor.

My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

A few days off is all that’s necessary. Most of the microtears and growth occurs in the corpora cavernosa, not the urethra. Some new guys report blood from the urethra, but it’s almost always due to overtraining. Constant flushing of the passage with urination will clear out any tiny amount of blood (if present, I can’t imagine why it would be) from normally done PE exercises.

Welcome Pino and congrats for gains.

I’m not a Physician, but anyway here you are what I think : first, PE shouldn’t cause appreciable damage to urethra, if you are doing it in the correct way. But even if you caused some very minor damages to the urethra, that is something that could happens through sexual intercourses or masturbation. If your Doc detect blood in your urethra, he would just check if you have some infection and once this hypothesis was cut out, he would conclude that you had sex with a partner a bit too enthusiastic. (:

Edit : just seen Westla already answered your question.

Thanks Marinera, westla and hardbody. Makes a lot of sense.

When I saw the title of this thread, I thought you were going to ask:

“How do the reat of you explain to your doc why your flaccid has grown each year by a half inch? I have been seeing my family doc now for the past 8 years and my flaccid has gone from 3” to just under 7”.

Dolphin - he probably just thinks you’ve grown to like him more.

I would seriously LOL if my medical records showed that my doctor was monitoring my flaccid length.
