PE and age

Am I correct in thinking that the older you are, the slower you’ll find progress? Just like with everything else in our bodies, the older a man is, the less flexible his ligaments are, correct? In which case, progress will be slower but there will be progress, right?

I’ve had decent gains, but I’m 52. I’m thinking that 25 years ago, my gains would have been attained more quickly and I probably would have had better gains overall.

I would think the older you are the easier gains are due to the fact that you don’t have that new car smell anymore. Tendon are week. Ligments have Lost their resilience. Should be easier to break though and gain. You no longer have to fight against a youthful body just against the grave. Stay strong. Stay hard. Stay with pe.

I’m young and i get erection very ofter during stretching and that really slows my gains.

Yes, I always smile when I read stuff like that. At my age, and with my bad habits, getting an erection is not something that happens all that easily.

Never during jelqing or stretching. Seldom while looking at porn. But once I’m hard, I’m good to go with the little lady.

I’ll be very happy when I join the one inch club. I’m hoping that’ll happen around Christmas.

I think you have better prospects than young guys regarding gains. Some of the obstacles young men experience are avoided at our age.

As about ligament flexibility, I’m not so sure. Less flexible ligaments could be easier to permanently elongate… Joints and ligament flexibility decreases with aging, but that shouldn’t be a problem at your age. If you care about your health, you should work for maintaining flexibility. I’m 54 and always ready to humiliate teenagers at flexibility contests :)

An older guy here, a good ten years older than you. Keep at it. I gained an inch in length in about nine months of stretching. I dont think age has anything to do with gains………

Consistency and motivation are the keys for us older guys as I am sure it is with younger guys.

Dont throw in the towel. At our age, everything needs exercise including our penises. We want to stay as young as we can.

There is evidence from posts here over the years that older guys may do better at gains than younger guys.

Older you are the slower you heal so less hard you have to work to get gains. Age or poor health is actually a good thing for PE!

I think that older guys are more consistent with their routine, unlike younger guys which could be easily distracted

At 55 years old I have had some great gains, both flaccid and erect. I do jelqs in the shower about 200 5 days on 2 off, stretch often fowfers and BTC and I also take about 8 different vitamins each day including MSM and try to keep it healthy but that is not always the case.


The Older The Fiddle The Sweeter The Tune

Old guys tend to gain more; there’s a lot of speculation as to why, but regardless of the reason, that’s what tends to happen.

I am 68 and have only minor gains over 9 months.
