PC + streching
I am wondering what you guys think about to stretch and in the same time doing a PC crunch (kegel).
You know I stretch for about 25 secs so I am just do a 25 sec long crunch with the PC while stretching. Once a crunch is done I end the stretch, wait some secs or most likely add one or too helicopter-rounds and on we go. This is done for five min and that was it.
Since I remember not to have read any post of any guy doing the same I am wondering if it is still shared knowledge or is there some incident going on to prevent doing this. You know the PC gets right exhausted (in a positive way in my opinion) and it feels like a good muscle workout should feel like.
