Hi I am currently doing kegels and I was wondering if anyone had some ideas on how to work your pc muscle the right way. If your pc muscle is located near your anus should you not feel the contraction in that same place. I have tried towel raises and straight forward kegels but I all ways feel it at the top near my pelvis where movement occurs. Is this where I’m supposed to feel it.
If anyone can help I would be very pleased
