PC muscle is sore

PC muscle is sore

I’ve been doing the PE for 6 months now so please no one advise me to stop clamping. I just started a month ago.

I’ve been doing alot of kegels during clamping and it seems to be working great. Just today, my BC muscle seems to be a little sore. Thats not a injury correct? I mean it is a muscle? Anyone else have this problem?

Penis is in great condition.

Question, have you been doing kegels all along? Or are they a newish addition to your routine? It could be just a sore muscle as it isn’t accustomed to the stress placed on it. If you have been doing them all along, I’m not sure of what could be causing the issue except maybe the clamp, but I don’t know.

Are you having any negative PI’s?
