PC muscle is sore
I’ve been doing the PE for 6 months now so please no one advise me to stop clamping. I just started a month ago.
I’ve been doing alot of kegels during clamping and it seems to be working great. Just today, my BC muscle seems to be a little sore. Thats not a injury correct? I mean it is a muscle? Anyone else have this problem?
Penis is in great condition.
