PC Muscle exercise?

How do i do the PC Muscle exercise?

Next time you go for a slash, try and stop the flow. When you do this you have located your pc muscle. Do this until you can flex your pc on its own. All the pc excersise or kegel is, is flexing this muscle for a certain number of reps. Theres lots of info if you do a search as well.
