Parallels between weightlifting and PE

As an an avid athlete myself, I not only recognize the importance of rest days when exercising for muscle gains and strength increases, but also the additional factor of muscle confusion.

I was wondering if this can be/has been applied to PE — does it not make sense that by switching exercises on a weekly/bi-weekly basis and not letting your penis grow accustomed to a certain movement/motion, that it will constantly be forced to adapt (grow)?

My background knowledge of dick physiology is pretty fuzzy, so please correct me if I’m wrong. If not, any thoughts?

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

Cool topic. The switching of exercises, sets times, basically varying comes instinctivley to me now after 9 years of weightlifting interspersed with other exercise. Also the gradual increase of volume, then easing off to allow rebuild. This is the method I plan on following anyway.

Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.
