Hi everyone, this is my first post. I decided to start the newbie routine a few days ago. While I was doing the jelq, I found that a large vein on the top of my penis would really hurt. I tried using a different grip, but it didn’t help. Does anyone have any suggestions about what I could try doing? Thanks in advance!

About 80%. I start lower but it just gets harder pretty quick.

Maybe start off jelqing at a big lower erection like 60-70% and try to not get too aroused. You should not feel pain when jelqing.

I don’t think I’m in any position to give advice, but that happened to me too, the only thing was the vain didn’t hurt too much. I just let it rest for a couple of days till the soreness goes away and started taking it a little easier working my way up little by little. Personally I think key is giving your penis enough time to repair and not working it too hard (I do 1 day on 1 day off) also after work out I DON’T PLAY WITH MY PENIS FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. For me it works pretty well, and after workouts it doesn’t hurt, I actually feel gain when my resting day is over. Again I feel like I’m in no position to give advice, just trying to help.

As a newbie since August myself, I experienced some pain in the head of my penis after about the fourth week. I rested for about a week and started slowly again and all is well. Really had me worried initially but as the experienced advisers say on here, let your penis rest if you experience pain. They are right.

On the 12Th of this month I will hit the 4 month mark.

Yesterday I started to feel a mild pain on the left side of my dick right below my head. I looked at it very closely and there was nothing there. I was hoping it was just a vein problem but I don’t think it is. I have been stretching very intensely trying to gain length. I hope it’s not an internal tear. I am going to rest for a few days and hopefully it goes away.

Just remember to take it easy and don’t overdo it. This rest will probably set me back. Something that could have been avoided if I wasn’t yanking on the little guy so hard and long.

Injuries postpone gains. Slow and steady is the way to go. Keep that in mind when you exercise.

If I was you I would do the same take a little break.

You might be squeezing too hard when you jelq? After your break try jelqing very softly and work your way up slowly if the pain is gone.

Hi everyone. This is my first post here as a newbie. I have read many post in here and have even check out the videos over and over again to make sure that I am doing it correctly. I just starting to do jelqing and I’m not sure how it should feel? Is there any type of feeling that I should be feeling when jelqing? It not only feels good but I notice that since I started like 4 days ago I notice that my veins are becoming a bit larger. Is that normal? Am am uncut and want to make sure that I am doing everything correctly. I am taking it slow as I have read over and over again on many post. I can say that I do feel a slight thicker, but what I want is to gain length. Is it normal to get thicker first than longer or am I doing something wrong? PLEASE help me out.. I keep reading post after post and have not yet found one to help me out. Thank you.
