On the 12Th of this month I will hit the 4 month mark.
Yesterday I started to feel a mild pain on the left side of my dick right below my head. I looked at it very closely and there was nothing there. I was hoping it was just a vein problem but I don’t think it is. I have been stretching very intensely trying to gain length. I hope it’s not an internal tear. I am going to rest for a few days and hopefully it goes away.
Just remember to take it easy and don’t overdo it. This rest will probably set me back. Something that could have been avoided if I wasn’t yanking on the little guy so hard and long.
Injuries postpone gains. Slow and steady is the way to go. Keep that in mind when you exercise.
You only have one dick.
If I was you I would do the same take a little break.
You might be squeezing too hard when you jelq? After your break try jelqing very softly and work your way up slowly if the pain is gone.
