Hello everyone,

Guess I’m still a newbie in posting terms. Anyway I was disappointed to find after an especially lengthy break that (if I measured accurately in the first place,) I’ve lost a good half inch - now 7 and a half inches. Part of the reason for not being consistent with exercises is the usual life stuff, procrastination, re-evaluating goals, etc. Partly because I’ve found manual stretching to be painful. Painful as in tenderness around the glans (hope I,’m using the correct terminology,) and a kind of losing of sensation. This was Remedied by taking breaks.

Any suggestions about a wrap/cushion or anything else that might be useful?

I thought about buying an extender as I started up exercise again after at least 6,7, probably more months out. Felt a good stretch (with lig pop) but just couldn’t stand that tender, ‘raw’ feeling.

Appreciate any assistance.

I use a tissue and hold my penis about 1 inch below my glans when stretching . It seems to give me a better grip and doesn’t feel so tender afterward.

You don’t stretch the glans. Stretching should not be painful unless you are using too much force and stretching areas you’re not supposed to.

I know I’m being lazy, not finding an anatomy of the penis picture to make sure I’m using the correct terms, but I mean you have the shaft just before the head/glans. Ain’t the actual head I hold to stretch, it’s the shaft I make the ‘OK’ grip around.

I think it just takes time… When i first began my penis HATED to be stretched. It was irritable and couldn’t take that much. Compared with today, where I get amazing stretches and actually crave the stretch. I think my grip has changed a lot. I grip with a ‘reverse OK grip. Index and middle finger wrapping the cock some distance below the gland. I try to trap some blood in there to keep the grip from riding directly on the glans. I try to grip the ‘internals of the dick’. Helps. I’m always gentle. and I know when to quit.

I still can’t take much stretching only 5mins worth but I’ve made great gains with it because I have been consistent and followed my PIs.

How do you do your stretches? Im having a hard time gaining length. How did you do it?

I do mine a lot lighter than most people. I only pull until my dick is stretched to max length and I hold it there for 30 seconds. I don’t add any extra force or try to pull it further. I’ve always done them this way.

Oh ok. I stop pulling mine by the shaft. I tend to grip firmly by the head and target the root or pubic bone. But i do stretch it out fully and lightly as I do that. I think that work because Im sure Im up to 7.85 nbp Length from 7.75 nbp. But idk lol im going to try to measure it in a few days and snap shot it..if I can learn to hold the measuring tape ruler and phone

Took some advice from here and reduced the routine from the standard 10 to just 5 minutes, occasionally twice a day (early morning and sometime after 5pm.) Also take non consecutive days off, so that could be one day on, one off, two days on, one off, etc. Also started ‘wrapping’ with crepe bandaging. Oh and heat. Started warming up with a rice sock and showering or using the sock as a ‘warm down.’ The unwelcome sensations are still there, but think the shorter duration, heat, etc. Mitigates the most of it.

Anyone have any suggestions for bandaging? I did read tissue here and the bandages I’m using are effective, I guess, but I’d like something that cushions whilst still providing some sort of grip.

I also wonder if I’m overzealous. When I first started I damn near used to tear the thing off! I’m more circumspect about things now and have perspective on life (or at least think I do,) but I wonder if there’s some subconscious urgency? Maybe..

Anyone’s welcome to critique my routine. Gimme something useful.
