Painful stretching
Hello everyone,
Guess I’m still a newbie in posting terms. Anyway I was disappointed to find after an especially lengthy break that (if I measured accurately in the first place,) I’ve lost a good half inch - now 7 and a half inches. Part of the reason for not being consistent with exercises is the usual life stuff, procrastination, re-evaluating goals, etc. Partly because I’ve found manual stretching to be painful. Painful as in tenderness around the glans (hope I,’m using the correct terminology,) and a kind of losing of sensation. This was Remedied by taking breaks.
Any suggestions about a wrap/cushion or anything else that might be useful?
I thought about buying an extender as I started up exercise again after at least 6,7, probably more months out. Felt a good stretch (with lig pop) but just couldn’t stand that tender, ‘raw’ feeling.
