It’s not the ligaments that are hurting or the tunica though, it’s my actual skin around my glands. When I’m pulling the skin gets kind of tender and can hurt after just a few 30 sec stretches. Is there any way I can reduce this or eliminate the irritation / pain?

Do you do any warm ups?
do you run your penis under hot water?
are you circumsized/uncircumsized, if circumsized was there any complications?

Maybe another solution is to rub sunflower oil on your penis everyday and gradually with time the Vitamin E should make the skin more elastic.

Yeah I either sit in the bathtub with it really, really warm but not burning hot for 5-10 mins. I usually just stretch for 5 mins after that then go to jelqing, then after jelqing, I submerge it in the water again for a good 5-10 mins. I am circumcised, and I really think they took off way too much skin because pre-PE I have hair growing a good half-way up the shaft, but I have a lot of skin on the scrotum which can be pulled up to compensate.

Sorry guys I have another question about jelqing technique. I have watched the PE videos on jelqing, and I saw him do an over hand, under hand, and that one where you pinch each side and go towards the tip. When jelqing, say I do 300 reps. Should I split up the reps so I do 100 of each, or is just doing one of the techniques efficient? I really just want to know the way for best newbie gains :) Thanks

First off, are you using just your hand for gripping? Having something between your hand and the shaft like maybe a cloth helps the grip and puts somewhat less force on the skin, also you shouldnt be using your glan as the place to grip, it should be your shaft. It’s possible it could be that your growing faster than your skin can replace itself/stretch out, and when that happens it puts more strain on the skin located on the glan.

Actually you could do whatever way you want as long as it’s jelqing, many people here feel that doing different things everytime during a PE session helps, this is mostly known as the Peter Dick Method, basically it means to switch up exercises by either doing a different exercise or changing the amount of time you do it. So if you split up reps and do one type of jelq and then another, I believe this falls under that method.
