Pain or Soreness After

Pain or Soreness After

After a workout, should one be feeling pain or soreness? If so, how long after the workout would you expect to feel the soreness for. I’m asking because I started the Newbie Routine a couple days ago, and after each PE session I don’t particularly feel sore or anything. Does this mean I am not stretching or jelqing hard enough? I ask just because I do a lot of weight training (on my body not penis) and no that you want to be feeling it after the workout. Thanks again to all you helpful folks out there!

No, not necessarily, pain is ok if it’s not to much. Me I never gotten sore nor have I injured my penis and as you can see by reading my signature I grew just a bit.

I think most guys that injure themselves over do.

Thanks for the response. I was just making sure I was at least POSSIBLY doing the routine correctly as I am currently feeling no pain or soreness afterwards. I also noted that you have made SOME gains, so I will take your opinion.

I have never had any pain with all the Jelqing and stretching in my routine. Are you using any lotion when you are Jelqing? Or are you dry Jelqing?
