How did you cope with the pain of the routine

For example my routine include ads, golf weight, stretching and hanging

I want to ask mainly the people that use traction power or weight

Because for me it’s very painful and I can’t put the ads device for more than 40 minutes

And the golf weight is the same problem .

And I made a warmup before

So how did you success to put it more than 1 hour
