TheGreatDivider lol no no bro you miss understand me now:) ! I only have big stomach, chest is firm hands legs all perfect, learn from my mistake don’t eat before you sleep that’s what I used to do when I reach 20 eat big meal and sleep directly that’s I reach here! Body fine but big stomach.
By the way I am not starving my self I eat I am not skinny I am firm now, like you can see the muscles firm, am not yet from Somalia bro am still from where I am :D

In that case just keep losing weight and little by little you will see your abs start to pop out. You will still want to work your abs, mainly transverse abdominus and lower abs, twice a week hard with weights. Now if you have just a little jiggle that’s all diet and exercise, a hard under the muscle belly is from years of heavy drinking, nock it off. Don’t worry about it if you have a big stomach though. I have a thick stomach too but I can still see the outline of most of my abs at 18%bf.
A little secret I picked up to look your best is to wear a size smaller shirt under your regular shirt. Tank tops or haines under shirts work well for this. Then wear a single color shirt over that and tuck it in, it also helps to slightly pull up your pants but only an inch or so.

Look now when I touch my belly from up it’s real hard first 4 packs I really can feel them hard and I can feel the shape when I slide my hand, but it’s inside still a bit fat, the problem is the fat is down, like saggy fat :S I lost most of it now there is 1 month more I think!, but do you know any way to get ride of this fat faster? Lower abs, I make every day 500 stomach exercise, I feel it solid now, and the pubic fat which is part of belly fat is almost gone! Hope to finish this soon :( any advice how to make skin tight
