Pain in the left Lig

I must confess, although I am doing my best to add more length, I hate Stretching my Ligs.

The reason for this is, even with minimal stretching my Ligs hurt very much while doing them.

And even though I have a straight penis with absolutely no curvatures, my ligaments do not stretch equally.

My left Lig hurts a lot more than my right one.

I’ve been doing PE only for a bit over a month, doing the Newbie Routine (with added 5 more minutes to stretching and 5 more minutes of jelqing).

So, guys, what do you suggest? Should I stop doing Ligs and focus on stretching the CC?

Your ligs are not supposed to hurt at all; if it does, you are using too much force. Stop PE for a week, or you could have an inflammation to your ligs.

If your ligs are over-sensitive, it could be a good idea doing stretches that hit more tunica, like A-stretch, V-stretch and similar.

It’s unlikely to get better by continually stretching it. So give it a rest. Have another go when it has ‘healed’ but take it very gently. If you still get pain then stop doing it completely.

The problem is, I had this problem since the first day I started, so I always used just so much force that it doesn’t hurt.

Later, I realized that the amount of force I am using is not productive by a long shot.

Also, I kinda tried ignoring completely SD stretches and did only SO and SU for a whole week.

Then when I tried today the SD Stretch, I found that nothing changed.

And, do you have any idea why my left Ligament hurts so much more than the right?

Because it’s shorter/weaker?

If it’s shorter wouldn’t that cause my dick to point a bit to the left? (It doesn’t)

And how come it’s so much weaker than?

I just tried a little experiment:
Took a chair, raised my left leg on it and tried stretching a bit to the right.
Than lowered that leg and raised the right one and tried to stretch with the same intensity.

I was wrong, the right ligament doesn’t hurt at all. The left one on the other hand. It was killing me after holding it for less than 3 seconds.

No PE until it heals, I would not play around with this.

You are using too much force use a little less and see if it continues to hurt look for other methods.
