Pain in my veins

Hi there I am new here.
I started PE 3 months ago with minimal success.
I want to target only on gaining more length since I am pretty wide.
I followed the newbie routine and combine both jelq and streach (not overworking).
For the last couple of days I stopped since I felt a slightly pain in my right vein and my overall veins increased drastically.
I know that the most of you appreciate new viens but I don’t ,and there are spots that I can’t jelq because there are too many veins and its hurt.
If I stop jelqing and focused only on streaching should it be less painfull?
Are new veins comes from jelqing or streching?

I do think its what you said because it really painful and visible.

My question is how much time should I wait to start over?

In your exprience will it come back?

Can I do light streaching instead of jelqing?
