Hi, I’ve been pe-ing unknowingly for a while. I would sort of do kegels and squeeze just figuring I would grow from it. Not sure the exact gains, but pretty sure that I experience some over the years..

After reading the forum, I started the newbie routine (6 weeks ago).5 minutes of hot towel, 5 minute stretch, 10-15 min of jelqing, 50 kegel/squeezes (5 second holds) and 5-10 minutes of hot towel to “cool down”.I definitely am seeing gains in my flacid state, not sure about the erect state just yet.but the issue is that I’m having pains when I try to jelq.

The way I’d describe it, there are a bunch of veins on my dick that come together at one point and it seems like it’s damaging them to jelq. Has anyone had this experience? I took some time off (5 days) and I’m pretty sure it’ll hurt if I try to jelq on it again.

I see veins bulging out too, but it doesn’t hurt. Try to go a little easier.

Are you wet or dry jelqing? If you are dry jelqing, try wet jelqing. Whichever method you are using, if it hurts you are using too much intensity, or too many reps.

I was doing wet jelqing, with a moisturizer.but only for 10 minutes.

Try useing a lube that has a little bit more oil in it, like hand and body lotion, Don’t oveerdo. Your gripping to hard, jelq slower, 3-5 seconds is recommended, try to work up 5-10 seconds.
