Overtraining
Hello everyone!
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about 2 months and in the beginning I noticed that I got rock hard erections and that I was clearly lasting longer in bed, which I was very happy about.
2 weeks ago I experienced that my morning wood wasn’t the same as before, (not as hard) and that my sex-drive was almost completely gone. I took this as a sign of over-training and took a few days of, when the morning wood came back I started PE:ing again with the same routine as before.
Now it’s the same thing all over again, I cum very fast during sex, I have almost no morning wood and almost no sex-drive. Although when my gf gets me going I get great erections which are bigger than when I started PE.
Should I take a rest from PE and if so for how long?
Also, should I start over from 10 min jelqing? (Currently at 20 min)
This is quite frustrating because I really like to PE and hate to spill any time!
