Overtraining

Overtraining

Alright, so, I’ve had this problem for awhile that it has me really worried, and I need some advice. So, I’ve been doing the newbie routine on and off for the past few months and things have gone downhill. It started off where I was having a little bit of trouble getting erections, but I foolishly ignored it, thinking nothing of it. Then out of the blue, I started to experience premature ejaculation and started having a lot of trouble maintaining an erection. Now, I have to work extremely hard to get an erection, and even when I do, it’s not even remotely full and it doesn’t last long. So, it’s been about a week since I stopped exercising and masturbating, because I thought all of this was simply due to overtraining, but I haven’t noticed any improvements whatsoever. I’m scared and I don’t know what to do. Please give me some advice.

I think that if you haven’t experienced any pain anywhere along the way, your dick is just tired. On top of that, you now have an anxiety about it which is just adding to the problem.

You have to stop thinking about your dick, no PE, no whacking off, no tugging on it - nothing. You have to let it rest and heal fully, so the biggest favour you can do for your dick (and yourself) is to just accept that it is not working at its full capacity right now and you have to go about your life and forget about it until it is back to normal.

Don’t go running back to your PE routine or masturbating at the first sign of a good erection. Wait a few weeks and then ease your way back into it. You may want to take some time to reconsider your technique or frequency of PE’ing in order to make the proper adjustments to your routine to avoid another bout of erection troubles.

It will heal if you give it time. Mental stress from a poorly functioning dick can be much more difficult to get over, so let it rest!

Alright, thanks for the advice, that certainly helps to ease my mind. I do have one more concern though. I’ve noticed that my penis is much thinner and a bit shorter than it was before I started. Is this permanent, or will the changes be rectified once it’s done healing?

It will take more than a week before you recover . You may have to go a month, we cannot say,

But you will have to give it time to recover. Patience is th only thing you have to consider at the moment.

Just give it time.
