Overtraining with 50 jelqs? beginner
I’m currently 19 and came across PE about 6 months back as I simply wanted a bigger penis. At first I didn’t know what I was doing and injured myself, putting me off Jelqing.
However, exactly 2 weeks ago I wanted to start again and keep at it.
I first started with 40 jelqs (80 strokes), with a 10 minute warm up and 5 minute warm down, putting my member in a cup of very warm water. I then do the basic jelq at about 40% EL, light but not too light grip and each stroke about 3 seconds, stopping before the glans. I’m currently doing a 1 on 1 off routine. I have researched how to do it correctly like crazy so I know I’m doing it right.
After the first few days, I noticed my flaccid hang had improves a lot and it felt so elastic, thicker and spongier. I then increased the jelqs to 90 and now 100 and my penis has lost that nice hang that I had and feels kinda tough and firmer which is annoying me because I just want to continue without these problems from preventing me from progressing the 2 week mark like once in the past.
I know its a mild form of hard flaccid because I have had it before 6 months ago when I was doing crazy amounts of PE stuff too fast. But I mean, from 50 jelqs? If I do less, will I even see any results?
The only thing that I’m wondering is masturbating too much like twice in the space of an hour can also cause this on rest days? Because I think it started soon after I did that and jelqed a few hours later. But anyway, would be great to get some advice as I’m still a noob :)
