Hey!

I’m currently 19 and came across PE about 6 months back as I simply wanted a bigger penis. At first I didn’t know what I was doing and injured myself, putting me off Jelqing.

However, exactly 2 weeks ago I wanted to start again and keep at it.

I first started with 40 jelqs (80 strokes), with a 10 minute warm up and 5 minute warm down, putting my member in a cup of very warm water. I then do the basic jelq at about 40% EL, light but not too light grip and each stroke about 3 seconds, stopping before the glans. I’m currently doing a 1 on 1 off routine. I have researched how to do it correctly like crazy so I know I’m doing it right.

After the first few days, I noticed my flaccid hang had improves a lot and it felt so elastic, thicker and spongier. I then increased the jelqs to 90 and now 100 and my penis has lost that nice hang that I had and feels kinda tough and firmer which is annoying me because I just want to continue without these problems from preventing me from progressing the 2 week mark like once in the past.

I know its a mild form of hard flaccid because I have had it before 6 months ago when I was doing crazy amounts of PE stuff too fast. But I mean, from 50 jelqs? If I do less, will I even see any results?

The only thing that I’m wondering is masturbating too much like twice in the space of an hour can also cause this on rest days? Because I think it started soon after I did that and jelqed a few hours later. But anyway, would be great to get some advice as I’m still a noob :)

I don’t think you have a hard flaccid I think you are horny. Make more friends, mansturbate less. Once a day is ok.

The amount itself means nothing. You could possibly gain with 10 jelqs.

More is more might work with BB but not neccesarily with PE.

You want to find the least intensity neccesary to gain to maximize gain potential.
And when you find a way of exercising that gives you positive Pi ‘s then you stick to it!!! This is crucial to PE!!!!!!

There is no reason for you to do 100 jelqs if you see positive signs with 40 jelqs. You only change it when you see no signs or bad signs!!!
Its NOT like BB where you lift as much as you can.

If you do too much you will harden and not gain and possibly prevent further gains or will be in need of a long deconditioning break!!!
Too less nothing happens.
Somewhere inbetween is the truth where you gain.
You also have to find out if you need no, 1 or more days of rest. The frequency of your exercise.
This you can find out with Pi ‘s and listening to how your dick/body reacts to the exercises(doing more or less)

no. all that matters is the reaction to them. less or more minutes.

Advice; Start a log(prevents quitting at some random time whilst you don’t even know how long you’ve been at it, like quitting 2 months in because it felt like 6), learn that gaining is slow like 3-12months’ish slow. Increase your workload(keep provoking bodily response)

Yeh I have looked into PE quite a lot and I am aware that I have to wait months for results. I’m going to wait a few days until me penis is how it was and start back on 80 jelqs and gradually increase the amount over the weeks

Hello Englishguy123,

It is very very possible that 50 is too much! This differs from person to person, so your
first few months are probably spent on monitoring your reactions to the amount of time
and/or strain put into your routine.

The most gains are made by reading Thunders! Read up on do’s and don’ts, create
a log as suggested above as well (I use an excel sheet on my pc).

If you are having difficulty finding the right amount of work that is not too much, you should try the linear newbie routine. It’s linked in my signature. This routine is excellent for just this purpose. It works you up to the point of too much and then you back off. Check it out.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

Ok recently i stopped pe for 3 and a half months. Im about to begin once more and gain what I lost and expect to get more with what you just input. I get the tough tissue flacid you describe and then i also have expeirenced the massive chub flacid that you describe after a good workout. I read the linear routine and it made perfect sence you must be obtaining a chub everytime after from your workout not a shrunk tough skins flacid which I beleive is overwoked tissue which takes longer to heal and cant expand like the soft tissue you obtain with the right amount im going to find the sweat spot for me and do intensity overtime and this will definately produce constant gains thankyou so much ,also i read a quote ‘whatevers soft keep it soft’. This was the perfect knowledge i needed gains will be phenomenal now without needing to do hours of manual work thankyou law of attraction. By the way im 18 and half i beleive my penis is still growing naturally like the lucky few but I think doing this will help my natural growth eightfold . I also read one jounrey back at mos the guy was 19 I beleive and did pe till like 21 and gained 3 inches and was gaining with like a 5-15 minute routine light as fuck. Here I come 10/6.5 i gave up the 7 girth thats huge as hell..So i just need 1.4 el and .8-1.0 eg

Yeah another vote for linear newbie. I think you may be a “less is more” guy.

I didn’t know about linear newbie when I started, but the regular newbie was very fatiguing to me. I finally settled on 90 jelqs plus stretches, and I gained with that.
