I have been doing PE for a little while now. When I first started out I think I gained about .25 in girth just doing random jelqs and manual clamp sessions when I felt like it. I didn’t have a routine or anything I stuck too, I would just try and make my unit look bigger by doing manual clamps with my hand and trying to force as much blood into the sucker as I could without hurting myself.

As time went on and I read more and more on this site, I figured I would start a routine and of course chose the newbie routine. When I first started about 2.5 months ago, I only stuck to jelqing. I think I did about 300 quick jelqs after warming up and that was about it. I think i remember my unit definitely hanging fuller throughout the day and bigger when i was hard. It was probably my eq just increasing because I didn’t really see a gain.

As I read more on Thunder’s I became bombarded with techniques I thought I should try because all of the people who gained alot did them. I read the thread New Jelq City and talked to Chronostone about my routine and he told me that his amazing gains came simply from jelqing that way. I slowed my jelqs down to about 3 seconds of long, slow, and a bit harder jelqs…however I cut them down to about 60-70 a session. Began getting red spots and pretty much got them every time I jelqed. I saw no gains, and at some point I even saw a bit of a loss of length. I was even going 2 on 2 off.

My next step was to go back to faster jelqing and start doing some manual stretches for my tunics. IE… v-stretches, inverted v-stretches, etc. I figured that I would stretch in the morning for 10 mins, cause some micro tears, wear an ADS for the whole day (Lightly) to keep it extended, and then jelq for like 5 mins at the end of the day. I went all out for a week of just alot of work and my unit became pretty sore, or fatigued for the first time. I thought YES! I’M GROWING!…but then again I thought that I could have been over trained because I was pretty sore in my cock like I had a hard gym workout the day before. Since I figured I was over training, I took 4 days off and wore my ads for one of them, because I was trying to let it heal in an extended state lol. Anyways I just measured today and I noticed my FL was actually a bit longer, however my EL has shrank! About 2/16 of an inch. Not much but its still SMALLER, not BIGGER!

If I am over training, how long till I hop back on, and what should I do as far as routine wise? I feel like I just want to say ok, fuck it, and start all over. Fresh. I just want to make sure I can get on a routine, be consistent, and progress forwardly and not get injured or lose gains. I am tired of not knowing whats working, and doubting everything I do because I don’t “feel” worked. Anyways, i know it may sounds like rambling, but I am very frustrated.

If you do believe you are overtrained, you probably are. Rest a week or two, then the newbie routine would be a good place to restart. ADS impose additional stress to your unit, so yes, stretching+ADS+jelquing is probably too much.

I would still like to use my ADS to keep a light stretch on my unit all day. There is a lot of debating in different threads about if the penis grows best from heavy hanging for short periods or long all day stretch with light tension. I feel like from what I have seen first hand in my life is that light tension over a long period is best. Looking at the tribes who use rings as weights on their penis, the women who wear rings on their neck to stretch them (they aren’t even rings), and from people who have had their ears pierced for a long time and have a droopy hole now because it has been stretched out over time by the weight of an earing, has lead me to believe that a long time with a light tension is goood.

If i start over again, would the newbie routine with a light ads all day be good if i cut the volume down?

Sounds to me that you should just keep doing what you were doing. Everyone requires a different force, intensity, time length and etc…just like how one diet isn’t right for everyone.

Plus, looks like you’ve been doing this for under a year…so I say keep experimenting and trying what works for you. I’ve found my biggest gains came when I didn’t measure and I just had fun.

I forgot about the women and how they break the collar bone and push the shoulders down, I saw it on discovery channel but I was definitely baked and it was a long time ago, so allow me to take that point back. As far as the tribes:

I hoped that with your vast amount of knowledge on the subject that would would be more more inclined to give really helpful and useful information to people trying to learn. Hopefully you can prove me right, I know you’re more than capable.

That link is a good reference in your view? This subject has been discussed on this site many many times, and noone has been able to post a pic of so said ‘primitive tribe etc. etc.’. Chances are it’s just a mith.

Actually I thought I explained to you that I was not trying to advertise in the wrong forum. Some guy asked me for the 5th time when sleeves will be for sale and I told him “before February” to get him off my back. For some reason you took too it wrong and believed I was trying to push my products in the wrong forum. Not only are you incorrect about me advertising, but I have no intention of speaking about the sleeves until they are released and for sale. When I said it was a misunderstanding, you developed a negative attitude towards me that has carried through in each one of your posts in threads I have started.

I have done much reflection and if you feel I have an attitude, well, then I am truly sorry you feel that way.

There’s your problem. I my humble opinion, the combination of grip strength, erection level, and reps should not produce red spots every time. If I get them I know I have gone just a little too far with one of those variables. I rarely get them.

I think you should try my recommendation again heeding the advice above. But if you don’t you may want to avoid those spots with whatever workout you do.

You have found what so many many have found, including myself and Kevin12, that for some of us finding the zone takes a lot of practice and attention to detail. And it could be that for you the gaining zone is while doing what seems and feels like you are doing nothing.

I think I really need to take a break for about a week and use your advice about the optimum gaining zone for me. I am going to have a hard time going through the motions if I feel like I am doing nothing, but I will persevere! I would really like to work some stretching or ADS into my routine for some length because I truly feel like 100 or less jelqs every other day or even 2 on 2 off really didn’t provide enough work or force for my unit to grow. I believe the tunica is my sticking point because my erections (pre PE) were SUPERHARD, like a 10/10. So I think that some sort of tunica stretching is a must… but then again that’s just a random thought.

I have a really hard time with being patient with something if I don’t know that its working for sure. I will work on this but I just wish I had a SOLID routine to stick too over the course of a few months. I say a few months because short term goals sound much better to me because of my lack of patience with doing something if I cant see progress.
