I have been doing PE for a little while now. When I first started out I think I gained about .25 in girth just doing random jelqs and manual clamp sessions when I felt like it. I didn’t have a routine or anything I stuck too, I would just try and make my unit look bigger by doing manual clamps with my hand and trying to force as much blood into the sucker as I could without hurting myself.
As time went on and I read more and more on this site, I figured I would start a routine and of course chose the newbie routine. When I first started about 2.5 months ago, I only stuck to jelqing. I think I did about 300 quick jelqs after warming up and that was about it. I think i remember my unit definitely hanging fuller throughout the day and bigger when i was hard. It was probably my eq just increasing because I didn’t really see a gain.
As I read more on Thunder’s I became bombarded with techniques I thought I should try because all of the people who gained alot did them. I read the thread New Jelq City and talked to Chronostone about my routine and he told me that his amazing gains came simply from jelqing that way. I slowed my jelqs down to about 3 seconds of long, slow, and a bit harder jelqs…however I cut them down to about 60-70 a session. Began getting red spots and pretty much got them every time I jelqed. I saw no gains, and at some point I even saw a bit of a loss of length. I was even going 2 on 2 off.
My next step was to go back to faster jelqing and start doing some manual stretches for my tunics. IE… v-stretches, inverted v-stretches, etc. I figured that I would stretch in the morning for 10 mins, cause some micro tears, wear an ADS for the whole day (Lightly) to keep it extended, and then jelq for like 5 mins at the end of the day. I went all out for a week of just alot of work and my unit became pretty sore, or fatigued for the first time. I thought YES! I’M GROWING!…but then again I thought that I could have been over trained because I was pretty sore in my cock like I had a hard gym workout the day before. Since I figured I was over training, I took 4 days off and wore my ads for one of them, because I was trying to let it heal in an extended state lol. Anyways I just measured today and I noticed my FL was actually a bit longer, however my EL has shrank! About 2/16 of an inch. Not much but its still SMALLER, not BIGGER!
If I am over training, how long till I hop back on, and what should I do as far as routine wise? I feel like I just want to say ok, fuck it, and start all over. Fresh. I just want to make sure I can get on a routine, be consistent, and progress forwardly and not get injured or lose gains. I am tired of not knowing whats working, and doubting everything I do because I don’t “feel” worked. Anyways, i know it may sounds like rambling, but I am very frustrated.
