I have a pretty conditioned cock, so a month ago I decided to up my stretching routine. I do it twice a day.

A.M: Take piping hot shower to warm up. In the shower with the hot water, I do a basic manual lig stretching routine for 10 minutes or so. This in itself is a warm up for the V-stretches that I do upon exiting the shower and sit on the edge of the toilet seat. I have a “stretching stick” which is about a foot and a half long with four inch circumference. I do over, under, and side V stretches, and I stand up and finish with a couple BTC’s and cranks.

P.M: Same thing but I do jelqing at 40% erection for 7-10 minutes. The jelqing is done 2 days on 1 day off. The stretching is done 6 days a week.

My question is: Is this too much? Before posting this, I made sure to go over in my head the PI’s that I notice to try and figure this out on my own. However, the kicker is that I don’t have any negative PI’s but I do have a fairly sensitive glans on the top side. This being said, that one spot is nearly always sore, but not so bad that I can’t do my routine.

I have gained .5” flaccid length in the last month, but since I haven’t checked erect I’m not sure, however it doesn’t look or feel longer.

So should I keep on going with this since I don’t ever turtle or feel too sore to do the next day? Thanks guys.

Only you can tell if this is too much. If your PIs stay in the positive zone and you are growing, then I say stay the course.

I’d get an erect measurement in there. You probably have some erect gains.

Thanks yeah I probably will soon. I’m using hot water as my primary heating source but when I get home I am going to go back to infrared and also slowly add some hanging into the mix. I’m a big fan of V-stretches though.

I like V-stretches because they really seem to be doing something. I never really liked lig stretches because I just feel like I’m not able to generate enough force to stretch them as much as I want to. I’ve done hanging though and I’ll go back to it. I still do lig stretches however because even though it doesn’t feel like much I’m sure they’re doing something positive.
