I have a pretty conditioned cock, so a month ago I decided to up my stretching routine. I do it twice a day.
A.M: Take piping hot shower to warm up. In the shower with the hot water, I do a basic manual lig stretching routine for 10 minutes or so. This in itself is a warm up for the V-stretches that I do upon exiting the shower and sit on the edge of the toilet seat. I have a “stretching stick” which is about a foot and a half long with four inch circumference. I do over, under, and side V stretches, and I stand up and finish with a couple BTC’s and cranks.
P.M: Same thing but I do jelqing at 40% erection for 7-10 minutes. The jelqing is done 2 days on 1 day off. The stretching is done 6 days a week.
My question is: Is this too much? Before posting this, I made sure to go over in my head the PI’s that I notice to try and figure this out on my own. However, the kicker is that I don’t have any negative PI’s but I do have a fairly sensitive glans on the top side. This being said, that one spot is nearly always sore, but not so bad that I can’t do my routine.
I have gained .5” flaccid length in the last month, but since I haven’t checked erect I’m not sure, however it doesn’t look or feel longer.
So should I keep on going with this since I don’t ever turtle or feel too sore to do the next day? Thanks guys.
