I’ve been following the linear routine for a couples of weeks now. I’ve always been a “less is more” kinda guy. So this is why I chose this program.

Anyways, I’m up to 20 jelqs per session and I’m experiencing shrinkage after my sessions and my EQ is not getting any better, nor worst. Let me quote something a read here

“Over-training is often not obvious. Extreme cases will result in post session shrinkage”

Is it possible that I’m over training with only 20 jelqs? I warm up and do my jelqs in the shower and I also don’t do any stretches, focusing on girth gains. I’m not sure if it’s because of improper warming up.

Advice please :)


Other than post session shrinkage, how are your other PI’s? How about EQ?

Is it actual shrinkage/extreme retraction/turtling or are you just returning eventually to a normal flaccid state. You’ll be jelqing at some erection level higher than zero, so you won’t retain that plumped fullness indefinitely.

Also, if you are experiencing negative reactions, I would review your technique. At only 20 jelqs I would guess improper technique (too much force, too fast, pressure on nerves or head) would be to blame, not the low volume of jelqs.

Sorry, I just read your EQ hasn’t changed. I would have to agree with Illivan in this case… Are you using more of a tourniquet grip or a masturbation grip?

Well I usually(almost always) get smaller flaccid the whole day after jelqing session.

I’ll try to pay more attention on the form, and it feels like that it’s more than just returning to normal flaccid size, it happens in a matter of seconds after I’m done.

Undertraining will cause negative reactions as well (or, reset you to status quo). Even for a very sensitive unit, 20 jelqs per session is very minimal. I’d try doubling the number of jelqs, at least, and see if that spurs some positive P.I.s.
