Just wondering every ones thoughts, is it possible to manually stretch to much? Can someone wear peweights to long? Or is it OK to stretch and use peweights as much as you have time for?

Thanks. That is what I was looking to find out. I had meant length of time not how hard. I try to stretch for 10 min at least every other hour during the day. Just started adding that so I hope it helps with length gains. At 6 now going for 7.
