Over the head?!

I just looked at the jelqing videos once again and the man jelqs over his head, and I never realized this before. Me being a beginner how much pressure should I apply while doing this?

For a fleeting second there (OK more like 5 seconds) I was thinking you were referring to some kind of contortionist style thing with a guy managing to wrap his arm around his neck and back down to his dick.

Whatever the guy does in the video you shouldn’t jelq over your glans your stroke should stop a little before.

I don’t remember seeing that in the vids anyway.

Listen to these guys, when I first did PE (about a year ago) I saw a similar video and thought this was the right thing to do, after a few days of jelqing I had a bit of a slip in one of my routines, this caused much pain and bruising over my glans area, not a nice thing :(

I could be wrong but what I think you are seeing is a guy using an overhand grip. He is only applying the pressure with the OK part of his hand so you see the little finger end of the hand cross the glans but the part putting pressure stops before that. Hope that made since.

Recommend only from base to halfway before the glands.

I jelq and stop before the head. I have never jelqed OVER the head.
